The neck is cool, but the whole body doesn't feel cool

DOES GET COLD BUT HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WHICH SELLER KINDLY RESOLVED...AS I LIVE IN THE UK AND RRTURNING THE ITEM WOULD BE DIFFICULT, SELLER KINDLY SENT A BRAND NEW FREE REPLACEMENT FOR WHICH I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL...GOOD PRODUCT AND GOOD SELLER..UPDATE.....AFTER NOT A GREAT DEAL OF USE, THE ADJUSTABLE PLASTIC (NOT METAL)BAND SNAPPED...I'M DISAPPIONTED THAT A PRODUCT THAT COSTS APPROX $160 SHOULD FAIL AFTER A RELATIVELY SHORT TIME.....SECOND UPDATE....HAD A SPARE AND AFTER ONLY A FEW DAYS USE, THE ADJUSTABLE PLASTIC NECK SUPPORT ALREADY HAS A CRACK IN IT AND WILL SPLIT JUST LIKE THE FIRST..VERY POOR DESIGN....

Still waiting for my replacement... Will update stars when I receive it and can start using it. I shouldn’t have to go without anything until my replacement arrives so am using the original with only one side working. The original one stopped working on one side on the second day of use. When both sides are working it is definitely cold. To the maker of this precious... I wish the cold would blow down the back of my shirt! Now that would be the absolute best. It would be incredible! 💡💡💡
