Great Mouse
I bought this to use with my CAD software but this mouse is for so much more. It's programmable buttons can be configured for different applications so the buttons do different things for Acrobat, Email, Word, Internet & so on. It is a great mouse & worth the money.

Ergonomic and long lasting
Feel good in the hand, very responsive, heavy use and still barely need to charge it.

Not for large hands
I bought one of these many years ago when they first appeared on the market. It was very low profile then which really stressed your palm and fingers. Well the new one is no different, built for tiny hands. Still maintains a low profile which still stresses your palm and fingers. It needs to be much higher to support the hand. Forget about the boffins that say its not the best position because its not at 56.2 degrees bla bla bla .I almost started to design an elevated platform to support my hand, but at the cost i shouldn't have to waste my time. I usually use a wrist support any way. No way could you use this mouse all week. If you do a couple of hours surfing the web maybe, but not in a CAD environment. If 3D Connection are reading this, you need to start tailoring for larger hands. It needs to be lifted much higher to support the palm. The roller needs to be way forward it can be operated by your index finger tip, so you don't hand to curl the finger back. and ditch the micro usb, were in 2020. on a plus point the three buttons are fine and their is a b it of quality about the mouse. You can also fit some anti slip pads on the mouse so you can actually direct the mouse instead of it slipping around in your hand. I find it strange that a CAD driven company hasn't worked this out yet. Considering it was nine years maybe since i had the first one cad mouse, it hasn't changed much. I suppose if you have small hands you might be ok with it.

main mouse button stopped working after 16 months
I purchased this mouse on 10 January 2021, its now May 2022 and the main mouse button has stopped working (now outside the 12-month return window)I previously has a wired version and that has the same problem with the middle mouse button, quite annoying, so I upgraded to the cordless one.I will try contacting the company directly as I think this should last longer than this or the price.for reference, my sons gaming mouse has a lot more use/abuse, and it has lasted longer than my 2 expensive mouse's from 3Dconnexion mice/mouse/mouse's.
