Would recommend these for a good pool workout. Seams to be pretty durable.

I use these weights for water aerobics. Previously I just used a pool noodle but these are a thousand times better! Plenty of resistance in the water and they can actually support my full weight. Plus, they're purple - what more can I say?

These are terrific when doing arm and upper body strengthening exercises in water. Helps with balance also. You will want to use these when doing water aerobics.

My cat chewed up my old pair. These were the perfect replacement.

Depending on the water exercises you do, and where your strengths are these can be KILLERS or lightweight.

Just what I wanted

I use these in my pool workouts. They do the job and are a lovely color as pictured. I've had them a few months now and despite regular use they look and feel like brand new. If you're new to using these I would only caution that you go slow to start. The way they work is resistance and depending on the motion, the resistance can be high enough that you can have trouble keeping proper form. I had a friend try these and she had a lot of trouble maintaining control. She got stronger and is now able to use proper form.
