Williams-Sonoma Essentials of Italian

Very happy with this purchase. Excellent used condition!I already have, and very much enjoy, the grilling and baking cookbooks in this series. This new (to me) Italian edition did not disappoint!

This is my favorite WIlliams Sonoma cookbook thus far, and I have a few. Pretty much every recipe is something that I would enjoy making, and all of the traditional Italian favorites are here. As always, loads of pictures, tons of recipes, especially pasta, and the desserts look incredible. Well worth the price.

I not only love the recipes (with pictures), but the info about the regions of Italy. It puts foodwith the places and traditions they come from.
