Really OK Printer with absolutely horrible customer support
This was my first printer and I the design and performance is absolute sub par. The customer service how ever is so bad, My LCD went out and they have failed to respond ever since. I would not go with this company!Cheers.

Easy to setup and use
I got this printer after a fair bit of research. Solid printer for the price. Easy to setup and use.

mid-priced replicator type printer, similar as other printers of its class.
This printer is technically the same as Replicator / Flashforge Creator, and CTC, almost a replica except for custom driver board. I have had issues with this printer relating to getting dual printing working, and software profiles configured right. Here is some of the issues I'm working my way through:1) Print bed deforms under ABS 100-110c temps (buying 3mm glass bed resolved this).2) Items on the printer were not correctly QC checked, dust under the adhesive bed cover, and loose end sensor holdings. (not major considering I went glass bed)3) I'm told the firmware is LOCKED and I can't upgrade myself at this time :(4) EcubMaker Co. can take a while to get back to you. Some initial communication issues due exist (some language barriers exist).5) The printer apparently extrudes from the left extruder with S3D and Makerware software, but not Cura for some reason? I discovered this is due to the firmware being somewhat old and outdated when it comes to revisions in gcode. Removing the offending code and changing a few things in the profile configuration mostly resolves the problems (it wasn't easy however).I have updated my review a bit as it was a bit harsh. Still for the premium you pay above other cheap FDM printer brands like CTC, Ecubmaker needs to do better by making some minor revisions to the product.
