Color Additive Rockin Red, 8 Ounce

This stuff is fantastic for my fountain, BUT please note it will absolutely stain a pool liner so unless your ready to change liners I wouldn’t use it in a pool other than that the color is beautiful and the value is amazing for even just a small bottle I also believe it’s performance is perfect especially with my little pump it doesn’t clog or mess anything up just prepare to be a little stained if you do decide to swim in a pool with this in it.

We have a 25k pool and one bottle turned the pool this color. Beware run the filter just enough to mix the color then stop. If you leave your filter running it will take out the color. We were going for pink for a super soft birthday party. It did stain clothing ever so slightly but if washed enough will come out.

This did dye my white pool walls pink but I was having a flamingo party so I didnt mind so much until after. I had to over shock and filter to get rid of it.

I put a few drops in my fountain to look like wine, the more you put in, the redder it gets. it looked really nice while it lasted, didn’t stain anything and was gone by the next morning. I’m not going to do this every morning but it’ll be fun for parties.

I understand this product is for a large pool of water…so I assumed it would work amazing for a waterfall. My plan was to make the waterfall red for a Halloween party but it looks pink, even after using more than expected. It works…but definitely not RED like you would think in a smaller amount of water such as a waterfall compared to a pool.

It stains! Not a good product for us.

I purchased this product to tint my large fountain for Halloween. What a mess! I noticed that the dye was on the thick side after shaking well so I diluted one teaspoon in a gallon jug. After adding 4 gallons of diluted dye, the water was a perfect bloody red. Long story short, the dye coagulated and stuck to every non smooth surface and no longer colored the water. I just spent the entire day draining the pond and fountain to see if I could get the thick clumps of red dye off everything. The dye stains almost everything it touches. My pump is so clogged that it has to be replaced. I realize that this product is for larger bodies of water but the little bit I used should not have done this. The water is running clear as all the red dye is stuck to everything.
