Awesome
These are an awesome and affordable alternative to dealer replacement filters. My Honda dealership charges $49.00 which is absolutely absurd. These are the same quality and take about 5 minutes to replace. My wife and I have a pair of Honda Elements and here's the process to replace:Open and empty the glove box. Hold it 3/4 open and locate the black plastic clips on the left and right sides of the glove box.Pop out the black clips which have bumpers on the opposite side holding the glove box in place. (The glove box fall open if you do not support once tabs are removed)Lower the glove box all the way down.Open the small rectangular door visible when glove box is dropped.Slowly pull out the black plastic tray behind the door and set aside. Slide the tab over holding a second tray from left to right.Remove tray two.Carefully remove filters and replace with new. Make sure to pay attention to the arrows on the filter and plastic trays to make sure they face the same way. (They will be loud and obnoxious if you go backwards but won't cause damage.)Make sure to hook the filter ends over the tabs inside plastic trays.Assembly is the reverse of dis-assembly (Remember to hold the glove box 3/4 open when re-installing black tabs)... Easy!

Perfect Fit and a fraction of the cost of OEM Honda!!!
I purchased this for my 2005 Honda CR-V EX and it was perfect! The box/filters look exactly as its advertised and the quality of the filters look to be identical to the OEM Honda filters. The box even included a step-by-step instruction manual with black and white photos for reference. I called my local Honda dealership (Seattle-Honda) for a price quote prior to purchasing these TYC filters and they quoted me around $30 bucks for the cabin air filters and so for the $6 or so gamble on these was worth it for me. I've driven the car around for a couple days and they work perfectly! No tools needed, except for maybe a flat head screwdriver if you don't have strong fingers.Don't go for their installation included option for $247.50...that's ridiculous and the Honda dealership would probably do it cheaper. ANYONE CAN INSTALL THIS!! It took me about 15 minutes or less.

Fits perfectly on the 2006 Honda CRV SE
This is the cheapest replacement cabin air filter out there without sacrificing quality very much, in my opinion. The only differences I noticed from the original 2006 Honda CRV cabin filter (6417045L - that's the markings on the originals) were the following: The original had stiffer folds & had a stiff plastic liner along the sides.Other than those, the TYCs fits perfectly and should be able to do the job filtering incoming air into the passenger cabin.Just make sure you replace BOTH filters (the other one slides from right to left after you had access to the first one). The hardest part of the replacement process was trying to remove the latches of the glove compartment.I used a short "Phillips" screwdriver whose tip I covered with rubber (taken from medicine dropper) & simply pushed hard from the inside of the latches to pop them out!!!Also, since you also now have access to the blower fan, check it for any obstructions. This item is still 20% cheaper had I bought the replacement from that very ubiquitous retail chain.Again, thanks, Amazon!!

Fits perfectly for Honda Civic 2005 DX
I highly recommend this item. Fits perfectly for Honda Civic 2005 DX. Note: there are 2 cabin air filters. Once you pull out the 1st one, you will see 2nd one on the right side. Pull it to the left side, remove, and replace with new filters.

Replace your cabin air filters regularly!!
Cabin air filters get dirty - leaves, bugs, mildew, etc. You don't want to breathe air that passes through an old, dirty filter. So replace your cabin air filters regularly. These cabin air filters are a simple, drop-in replacement for the OEM filters and appear to be of typical quality. Most cabin air filters are simple pleated paper within a cardboard frame, so I tend to purchase my filters based on price. You can get filters with activated carbon for odor control, but I have not used that type and cannot comment on the real-world benefits. Most vehicles use a single cabin air filter, but the Honda CR-V takes two filters (this is a package of two, as pictured). Cabin air filters are typically located behind the glovebox, and there are plenty of videos online to teach you how to do it yourself. There is an arrow on the filter frame indicating the direction of airflow. Make sure that it points in.the proper direction (that direction has been "down" for every car that I have serviced, since the air intakes are just in front of the windshield). Save money and gain personal satisfaction and better health by changing them out yourself.

Easy to install, but beware of one possible mistake
This product came with instructions, which are also easy to find online. When I took out the old filters, they were filthy, so it was definitely time for replacement. The previous guy had installed one going up and the other going down (ouch), so be sure to follow the arrows printed on the side of each of the pair. Here is a subtle point about the installation. Each of the boxes is a simple cardboard frame, with an accordion-pleated piece of filter paper inside that fits the width of the cardboard perfectly. But the ends of the filter (the short edges) can allow dust to get around the filter if they are not flush with that side of the box. The plastic frame that these items are put into has a plastic flange along each short edge, and you're supposed to tuck the raw edge of the filter paper inside those flanges before you pop them back into place. That prevents the accordion form from shrinking or collapsing, making the seal tight on each end. This is not obvious, and it's a little bit tricky to learn -- but easy if you notice what to do and practice a little.

Good Cabin Air Filter
As shown in the picture, there are two in the package and the price was right when I purchased mine (though I do see it has increased significantly since then). Product seems to be good quality, slides into place nicely with a good fit that is not too tight or too loose. I expect it to hold up under my normal use with a normal replacement cycle (follow your owners manual). Easy thing to DIY vs getting a quick lube shop or dealer to replace. A quick note however Amazon.ca says this does not fit my car, Amazon.com says that it does fit my car and it does indeed fit my car (a 2003 Honda Civic SIR).
