Am 5'11" tall,slender build. Would the medium/large fit?

I’m 6’2” 230 with long arms (usually XLT) and my XL/XXL is very baggy with sleeves to my hands. Probably would fit 6’5” (kimono style) 260+. I would suggest the M/L.

My bf waist is aprox 50 inches he’s 6 feet tall. What size should I get would the xxl be big enough for him?
