HengstOil Filter Kit

Hengst is one of few the oil filter brands recommended for Sprinters. No fuzzy stuff coming off of it like some of them. It comes with 3 O-rings in a plastic bag that have to replace the ones ont he oil filter spindle. Sprinters have the most complicated oil filter I've ever seen. This one fit and snugged right down into the cap like it is supposed to. I'm so glad Amazon has them and at a good price.

This filter is not quite the quality of others, in that, the top and bottom collars are thick felt instead of rubber, but I don't think that makes much of a difference; they're plenty stiff enough to resist any leakage around the filter material.

Exactly as described, the best filter on the market. I would highly recommend this filter for anyone with a Diesel engine.

Fits 2006 sprinter van

I own a 2005 Dodge Sprinter (Mercedes) Van with the 5 cylinder turbo diesel and have had a hard time finding these Hengst replacement oil filters. Very pleased with the only one I could purchase as they are now out of stock and no info on when or if they may be available on Amazon.com again.
