Pump up the volume
Great for users of mobile phones, which have internal amps for mic input. The output of this device isn't anywhere near line level, so while it does amplify, the level of amplification isn't terribly large. It is nice to be able to place a mic away from the phone it is attached to though and give it a bump in level if you recording something quiet, although there seems to be some hiss in the chain, it could be this thing. The headphone out seems to be wired direct to phone's audio output. For the price and what I use it for it is great.

Was ordered for a different purpose, after realizing it wasn’t going to serve intended purpose, it actually is useful for other recording now that I have used it! Make sure you turn it on or you can forget that no noise comes out when it is turned off! Good product!

To cheap to be good/true
Absolute trash quality preamps. Get an irig for mono for 40 or a comica camera interface for 99, and be able to do both mono and stereo (works with most phone apps like clubhouse which accepts mono and I hook my board to it but not all apps work with the comica. It has the best sound but Irigs prolly safest bet.

This device will do ONE.. not both functions. Returned.
The reason I returned the device is I play both guitar and sing. And I want one of these to do both at the same time. At no point in my buying this model was I warned that it would do ONE .. not both functions. Not cool.

Clips like crazy, not usable
I tried using this to record a DI electric guitar signal and clips like crazy even with the volume as low as it goes. maybe this is ok for microphones but a passive magnetic guitar signal is really weak and should not clip like this.

Buon pre-amp
E' un buon pre-amplificatore, permette l'alimentazione phantom del microfono e con il mio Rode NTG4 funziona molto bene, collegandolo ad una reflex Canon EOS80D (con adattore TRRS - TRS cuffie/microfono). Con una spesa modesta consente di amplificare il segnale ed alimentare il microfono se non dispone di propria batteria. E occupa veramente poco spazio.

Für Anfänger nicht schlecht.
Für Anfänger nicht schlecht mit der richtigen Software und Mikrofon kann man einiges rausholen. Wer bessere Tonqualität muss mehr hinlegen oder ins Tonstudio gehen. Ansonsten alles super. Kam ordentlich und unbeschädigt zuhause an.

Not compatible to the latest iphone with lightning adapter… no audio detected

No está mal
El producto no está mal, aporta calidad a la grabación de voz, pero tiene una pega importante, y es que recoge cualquier miniruido que hay, lo que implica que también recoge el sonido que sale de los auriculares (que son in ear) mientras los tienes puestos y provoca algo de eco. No sé si es que no consigo regular bien la ganancia o cuál es el problema. Aun así, seguiré haciendo pruebas.
