Automatic Touchless Soap Dispenser, LOUTAN Simplehuman Soap Dispenser with Adjustable Switches, Infrared Motion Sensor, Suitable for Bathroom Kitchen Restaurant

We bought two of these and both of them work well. One of them got corrosion in the battery compartment. We cleaned it up once, but it started happening again. I think maybe we just got a defective one because there are legs which keep it up above the countertop so that the battery compartment can’t get wet. Besides, you would think that and I am like this would be designed with that in mind.

These were awesome at first, loved them...I bought two, they were dead before they were one year old.I was so disappointed! They look nice, wash up well, sensor worked well, batteries easy to replace, soap easy to fill, and the bam! Broken!But if it lasts for 1 year, that's .07 cents a day. I guess it was worth it.

The dispenser works great. I use a 60/40 percent mix of dish soap and tap water. Even though Amazon has several different brands of dispensers I have stuck with this one because of it's physical size. It fits perfect on the back ledge of our laundry tray and most others are just too big. The downside? The first two lasted exactly 2 years each and then leak internally into the battery compartment causing corrosion. None of my batteries have leaked, it is the unit. Hopefully the third one that I just put into use will last longer, but for the price, the styling and how well it works, two years must be good enough since I keep coming back for more.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this soap dispenser. I like the adjustable soap amount are dispensed. The sensor is improved comparing to the 1st one I had. I would give it a 5 star review if it can be further improve the water proof around the lid area. The soap will be leak if filling it near the top which will get down to the battery compartment and make the dispenser stop working. It happened to me that I had fo take it apart, clean everything inside the dispenser to get it back to work.

I had this dispenser for 1 month and 5 days, just long enough to be out of warranty so not returnable. The pump stopped working so I thought maybe the batteries were just weak so I replaced with new ones and still no pump action so now i'm stuck with a non functioning pump. I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent, reliable performance at low cost. Works perfectly and easy to use. The design of this is waterproof, much better than my last two iTouch soap dispensers (that were expensive, not waterproof, sloppily designed and would stop working without explanation). I took a chance on this cheaper model soap foam dispenser and it works reliably and perfectly.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be that I wish it would dispense a larger amount so I just use a double dose each time. I LOVE IT! relieves some of the stress of using a dispenser in common areas at work (kitchen, bathrooms) in this pandemic. I will purchase more for my home.

I bought one previously and I use it for hand soap. These two were for kitchen soap and hand lotion. The one that I put the hand lotion in never worked. The one used for liquid soap worked for awhile. I’m done.

The media could not be loaded.  In Short: Good Price, Excellent performance, Sleek looking & Uses Any Type of Soap( this was my Most Concerned criteria, as I wanted to use my own bulk liquid soap from Costco & not held hostage to certain specified soaps & specified dilution quantities otherwise.....) Woman version: After reading the review on Another similar design dispenser & using that product for a couple of weeks & retuned it. ( had to move my hand back and forth 7-8 times to get enough soap). I spent another half day reviewing dispensers & finally settled on This One. I was skeptical, But it has Exceeded my expectations so far. It's in my kitchen and gets a very good workout on a daily basis. Although, I can't see the level of the soap which I don't mind as the solid colour body is much better looking than those with the window. It's a few weeks before a refill is needed. This was much cheaper & it's performance is excellent compared to the more expensive brand-named dispensers which only can be used with their own soaps. It doesn't have weight to it even with soap, but that's just me as I was trying to replace a 13 yr old solid stainless steel (finally died) to the current modern designs. I give it a 5/5 for all except for sound as it's not totally silent...it's still mechanical.

No regrets! So convenient!
