Become a SuperLearner: Learn Speed Reading & Advanced Memorization Paperback – March 23, 2015

I bought the book to study along with the popular online course in Udemy by the authors and needless to say, it delivers on its promise, and am looking forward to see what I can do with my new found superpowers. Don't struggle with study of whatever sort, may it be academics, learning new languages you name it, grab this book and work hard on the exercises remember its in the application that the value consists, you get only , what you put in. Compared to several other books in my library this one delivered results and the most detailed I have seen (maybe I haven't seen alot) I liked the Ask Dr Lev parts, the water bucket metaphor to explain why we improve memory first and the Intro from a memory champion was cool. You can also check out the accompanying course in udemy and the authors blog for articles, podcasts and if you are lucky you may get a coupon for the udemy course discount :-)

Clear and precise instructivos to follow

Become a Superlearner book is very similar to the Udemy course. A hard copy is always better, I feel, for reviewing and to chart one's progress. Overall, it is an excellent, very comprehensive course that comes with an abundance of online resource materials, links, coordinated with Dr Lev Goldentouch's awesome, insightful blog called Key to Study who sends out a new post several times a week.For me, the course is like learning how to run a marathon or learning a new language. I understand it will take some time and I am learning new mental skills such a developing a creative imagination, markers, linking skills and so on. Maybe I'm not such a fast learner but I know if I apply and practice what I learn consistently, I will achieve the goal of being able to speed read at 750 words per minute with 80% comprehension. Thank you, Jonathan Levi, Dr. Lev Goldentouch and Prof. Anna Goldentouch for such an awesome course!

If it took you longer than the blink of an eye to read this review, stop hesitating and buy this book. If you've been trying to piece together different theories on how to improve your memory and read faster from different sources online, trust me, I know how difficult it can be. The frustration from trying to find just one reliable source on these techniques is enough to make you give up, and I did for awhile. Even after a friend of mine recommended this course to me, I was still skeptical. But I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. Jonathan lays out the concepts and principles clearer than anyone I've seen, and the exercises and homework really help you solidify what he covers. I will warn you though, it's going to take work on your part to develop this new skill, and you'll get out of it what you put into it. So if you're up for the challenge, buy it now and I promise you won't regret it.

Great Book

This class has given me renewed hope! I was a slow reader with a lot of bad reading habits and underlying circumstances. Within the first two weeks, my focus alone improved as I worked to break the bad habits and incorporate the new techniques I learned from this class. And the techniques work!! I'm still slow at it, however I see improvement daily as I apply the techniques to everything I read. This class is definitely worth taking!

I really don't see the point to have this book, all the material is online... I guess that's a good alternative for the people that isn't enrolled in the course, but it wasn't helpful for me.

Learn how to learn is important. This book give me a method and guide me a way to speed up my learning.

Excellent book provides some useful insight into the world of accelerated learning.

So far, so good, I'm considering taking the class that it's suggest !! I used to take hundred of notes and now I'm just fine with a few or none at all. Highly recommended !
