Bed and mattress are brilliant for the price, mattress is super comfortable. Bed was easy to assemble in only 15 minutes. Delivery drivers was really friendly and put the bed and mattress in the room I asked them too.Definitely recommend

Overall this is a decent bed for the price.The mattress is more on the soft side but super quality. Easy to assemble.Only issue is that the headboard is a little wobbly and could do with extra support.Nothing that an extra piece of wood won't fix. Overall happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. The delivery was very well managed and the delivery men took the bed down stairs to the designated room. They were polite and got the job done. I had just mopped so the tiny amount of dirt on thier trainer did leave foot prints but that was my fault for mopping so close to the delivery time!The bed was easy to assemble I put the feet on the base easy enough by following the instructions. As it was a king size I left the headboard and the "C" clips to my boyfriend to do because I don't have the strength.The matress fits perfectly, it is a wonderful night's sleep and looks lovely.Such a bargain! Can't ask for more for the price! It's a steal!Update:2 months have passed since receiving the bed and we have decided that a mattess topper is needed to make it comfortable again. I would suggest investing in a better matress if you are going to use it for your master bedroom, but it would be perfect as it is for a guest bedroom. :)

Ordering was as simple as any other Amazon product. Delivery scheduled for three days later, so I booked the time off work. Correspondance from the delivery company was top notch. Emails and texts to let me know when it was coming. Day of delivery, I was phoned with an advance warning of arrival. All good so far.Then... the mattress and the headboard were delivered but no base. I asked the driver who shrugged his shoulders and said to call the company as it wasn't loaded onto his van. After two hours trying to get hold of "Bed Centre", I eventually got hold of someone by phone, said they'd read my email then hung up on me. They eventually blamed the delivery company and said that the 'courier company be in touch for delivery details'. I responded and advised that was unacceptable as we needed the bed for immediate use and I couldn't afford to take a second day off of work to wait for a delivery (whenever that might be).Apologies were sparse in a backhanded kind of way, putting the blame back on me (I don't know why because I ordered the whole bed/mattress/headboard together and they seemed confused I was complaining. No effort has been made to get this sorted and I'm still waiting for a response from the courier company. Amazon Customer Service washed their hands of it, but did offer to email the seller on my behalf and then said someone would get back to me in five business days.Buy the bed, by all means, just be prepared for a strange delivery set up. 'Bed Centre' have had a lot of negatives in the last thirty days for missing items and bad deliveries. Something to consider when purchasing the bed.

Great value for money, looks lovely in the room . Great quality item . The head board really stands out .

Had to edit to say that after around 6 months, springs come through and really uncomfy. Base still good, and mattress did start off great, now awful.Firstly, this bed is amazingly comfortable. I literally feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I love the high headboard, which adds to the cosiness. The base isn't the most solid, but it does hold ok.The downside.. first off, the delivery guys were slap dash, knocked my base several times on the way in so had to check for damage. Once gone, I had a look at my purchase and the headboard flopped in my hands carrying this in they would have noticed this I'm damn sure, it flopped so easily. It took several calls and emails to get replacement, despite saying they'd call me, and a few emails unanswered. They arranged pick up and drop off, picked up broken, but no replacement! Again had to chase them. Finally got new one and headboard screws are missing! Had to then purchase some. Also, feet are hard to put in and a few broke. Aside from hassle, bed is really nice. Sorry picture refused to upload the correct way!
