This is a good sea salt, but the grains are more coarse grain, rather than kosher. Will probably use the rest of this salt in my salt grinder and look elsewhere for kosher-grained sea salt.

I'd heard so much about sea salt and I wanted to give it a try to see if it would enhance my cooking, although I was skeptical about salt making such a difference. I must say that I am sold! I added a tiny amount of this sea salt to cooked cereal (I usually add a pinch of regular salt to boost the flavor) and it added a whole new dimension to the dish! I also tried it on grilled vegetables - wow!I'm also pleased with the packaging - it's resealable, not flimsy, and attractive looking.

I normally use Morton KJosher Salt but I found this brand when searching a course Kosher Salt.Aromasong is very good, just what I expected with a course grind - a bit more expensive but the taste is good,I like the ziplock bag more than the Morton box with the pour spout.I’ll keep buying this brand

Quality of salt is top notch -no issues there. If manufacturer ships with Amazon, perhaps package in a more tear proof envelope. It arrived inside an amazon plastic bubble mailer, their white and blue envelopes. As soon as I retrieved it from porch I knew a potential mess was inside . Opened over the sink and sure enough a wimpy crinkly plastic bag was floating around the envelope in 39 Oz of lovely white salt. Hoping that shipping envelopes are fairly sterile inside. Yikes. Ironically there were only three tiny grains of salt in the original bag- so I tossed them over shoulder for good luck. Good salt. Horrible packaging. Open over sink or waste can I would think.

We are using the Aromasong Organic Kosher Sea Salt daily for our cooking pleasure. From eggs, avacado & tomatoes to our beef and chicken dishes. The flavor is of a perfect kosher salt and adds a wonderful finish to everything in need of a dash or three of top quality salt. Thank you for a great product.
