Replacing the battery was not too bad
Fig 1:The original batteries in both of our phones had swelled up and separated the two halves of the phones. We did not know about this because the protection cases hid this.Fig 3: Shows the swelled battery to the new battery. This made changing the batteries much easier because the case was already almost apart.Fig 2: To replace the battery, the 8 screws need to be removed in the top half of the phone. The rubber circuit comes out completely giving access to the battery connection. Since our batteries were swelled, they were no longer glued in place. Replaced the old battery with the new one. Best to plug the battery in before inserting in its slot. Then the rubber circuit needs to be worked back in so that it fits back fully. The hardest part for me was attaching the cable from the back part of the phone (camera and finger print) to the small connector circled in red. I put a small piece of double sided tape on the flat end of the black tool. Stuck the cable to it and finally worked it into the connector. Since I was going to reuse the protection case, I decided not to use the supplied adhesive strip to connect the two halves of the case.BTW, the second phone was easier to fix after the first. So I would recommend this kit to replace the battery.

Easy to install
I had my doubts about installing this as it was my first. It was easy to use and the quality seemed as good as original Samsung. There were no printed instructions however it was easy enough to figure out. I would buy again if I needed

Good Result but it's just Ok
Well I couldn't give-it a 5 stars but did want to. Here what bug me:-No instruction, nothing, not even numbers, what face go first and on what side, direction, top or anything.-The Video is making you taking too many pieces out and doesn't tell you all you need to know to have a nice result.-Void warranty. The Adhesive system hold thing together but far from being what Samsung has developed. it will not be water resistant. And I dough it will hold together on a long run, We shall see...Here's the good:I did have good result, first because I'm not at my first rodeo and an advance Engineer.-The battery is working good, charge wirelessly, nothing noticeable or abnormal.-When done, nothing show as you did open-it or do anything. But you need to remove the original adhesive, what is not on the video. It took me like 30 minutes to do the all job. I use my 3D printer at 110c to have the glue release, remove the wireless charger and just remove the top internal cover to have access to the battery connector.Remove teh battery and it's adhesive, put the new one, connect, re-install the internal cover and here where I got allot of fun... Remove the old glue with the provided scraper. Now figure how to install the new seal. What is in or out, top or bottom and how to apply and be line-up. I think I did ok to figure... It is not the same shape or cover as much as the original, it work but forget being the same, it's not. Than I put the back cover-on heat-it to activate the glue, squish-it together and done. Look good and can't tell I did open-it.My recommendation; Go to Samsung to have it repair LOL. This is a patch and get you going but the phone is not water-tight anymore. This kit is better than allot of the other who doesn't have a replacement gasket but still not the same as what Samsung develop. In a way, that was a fun experience for me, can easily be a nightmare or a walk in the park ;-) have fun with-it.

Battery works but only good for about 2-years
I'm rating this a 3 star due to the lower than expected lifespan of the battery. I've ordered two of these batteries for my Galaxy Phone. Kit comes with all the tools you'l need. These batteries last for no more than 2 years before they start to bulge and require replacement. My Factory battery lasted more than 5-years. So just know what you are getting and that you'll be needing another one in about 24 months after you replace your existing battery.Replacement is pretty simple. Just make sure your workspace is clean and that you put all the tiny screws out of the phone in a small cup or tray that you (or your child or pet) will not knock over and lose the screws in your carpet while doing the replacement.Make sure that you do the replacement in one sitting so you can remember where all the screws and Plugs go. It will probably take most people less than 15 minutes. Don't go and pay tons of $$ to have a shop do this. I wear bifocals and due to age I don't have the dexterity I used to and it was a breeze for me to replace. So from that standpoint I highly recommend getting one of these.

Worked!
It is a 3rd party battery. It is working perfectly and my 3 year old phone has new life. My phone back was already cracked. I suggest buying a replacement back so you don't have to worry about cracking the glass. I don't own a heat gun. I put my phone in the oven at 150 for about 15 minutes. Worked perfectly.

Battery doesn't work.
I installed this on my Samsung S9 on August 29. Today is September 10. It hasn't even been 2 weeks and the battery life isn't lasting and my phone gave me a notification that this battery is defective and needs replacement. Again. It was pretty easy to install and came with every thing needed. The technician said this was a pretty good buy but the actual performance leaves something to be desired.Since my old battery was discarded and I can't take this one out to send it back, I have to order a whole new battery. This time, I'm going with an OEM. This wasn't worth it. Totally disappointing.

Great value, tools included
Everything needed for the replacement was there except instructions. You tube covered this. The hard part was removing the back of the phone and cleaning up the old adhesive. My battery no longer dies at 15%. Wireless charging still works.

Works easy
It's Chinese so don't expect south Korean quality but it does the job as well as Xi Jin Ping is at destroying the country 😆 So it seems to be working well and easy to do.
