Our whole family takes this probiotic. It really makes a difference in how we fell. We also increase our usage if someone gets sick or if we travel, and rarely does anyone get sick during travel anymore, what a blessing! My husband notices a significant decrease in abdominal bloating by taking this probiotic, and I notice a significant decrease in tummy discomfort or pain. If the baby got a rash, I opened a capsule and applied the powder directly to the rash, you could also use it for thrush. If someone has to take antibiotics, take this probiotic also so you can help protect your gut flora. We've taken a probiotic two hours after and 2 hours before the antibiotic, taking the probiotic 3-4 times per day, during the whole round of antibiotics. Would highly recommend this probiotic!

A good probiotic supplement is so important to overall health and I feel that Bio-Kult Probiotic multi-strain formula really delivers one of the best probiotic supplements out there. It can get a little expensive but for the quality of the product, I think that it is worth it.It is good to take as an everyday supplement to help the digestive system and boost immunity and you can also add extra doses in times of sickness or when you are taking antibiotics to help keep the normal gut flora healthy. I like that it is also safe for kids to take as this was a very important factor in my decision. It is easier to order one for the adults and children than to have to order separate supplements.Overall, I have bought the Bio-Kult probiotic formula a number of times now and will continue to use it for myself and my family.

Good probotic, one of my favorites.

Suffered from IBS-d symptoms over the last 30+ years trying to find some type of therapy other than the harsh prescription medications now on the market. Been taking Bio-Kult for the last 16-months with surprisingly good results. My symptoms have been reduced to maybe 2-3 episodes over the last year. Also, began eliminating my "trigger" foods like dairy, greasy meals, pizzas, spicy, increased my water intake and added more fiber to my diet. Been taking two Bio-Kult capsules every morning with breakfast and this seems to do the trick. Read about other probiotic supplements on the mark but Bio-Kult is by far the best. Simply put, this has been the greatest find for my health and I owe so much to Bio-Kult.

Love this, I make sure we don't run out. My husband notices if he hasn't taken them for a day or two. My kids swallow them easily; my 3 year old always remembers to take hers, she even chews it and seems to enjoy it. I have yeast problems occasionally and take 2-3 of these a day with Azo Yeast and I always knock it out pretty quickly, usually within 2 days.

These are some of the best probiotics on the market. They have helped immensely with the gut health of our son who had a lot of issues prior to taking them. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other probiotics out there. They come in a large quantity so you don't have to remember to purchase them every month. Overall a great buy!

I've been taking these are a long time and they help with digestion and overall wellness. I began using when I doing the GAPS protocol as a nutritionist I was seeing said they were acceptable according to the programs guidelines. I like the ease of buying off amazon.
