Lovely tone
Used this to replace a speaker in an old Peavey Backstage 30. The result is wonderful. Great clean tones and excellent break up. Great speaker. Nuff said.

Used in speaker box with driver on top.
Really good sound and can get louder than you want it without distortion. Would recommend.

Solid option at a great price
I had bought a Peavey backstage 30 from the late 70’s and the speaker was shot. Since I bought the amp for $20, I wasn’t really into the idea of dropping $100 on a replacement speaker. With that said, this speaker is a solid replacement. It handles more low end than the stock speaker. It has a nice high end and smooth mids. Impressed for the price. I would say the speaker doesn’t really have an inherent sound like some speakers. It’s a quality replacement at a nice price.

Marshall MG30DFX Biggest bang for the buck!
This simple replacement gave new (better) life to my Marshall MG30DFX. This was the easiest thing I did to improve the amp. Less shrilly and fizzing. Even channel 2 is better. Recommended!

Product is as described,
came ahead of time. Installed very easy. and it sounds great. I had a stock roland speaker before this one, so I'm very happy with the results. A very affordable quality upgrade for any 10" speaker.

Much better than expected for the price
This Celestion 10” replaced the old Peavey speaker in a cabinet I restored to use as the onstage monitor for my guitar. I couldn’t afford a top of the line Celestion, but I trusted the name and the great reviews for this low cost model. I was blown away by how good it sounds! Get one and you will be too!

Sounds good, feels light, cost $35. Probably a good practice amp speaker.
I put this into a 10x12x24" speaker cabinet in place of the woofer. As such, I get a nice portable mini cabinet, with much less bass than a 4x12 cabinet, but a good sound overall, and I can lift it. It might have better lows in a bigger box. It's not a super heavy speaker. The chassis is stamped steel, and the magnet and coil are not as large as I had expected, having seen 12" speakers in a couple of twin amps and cabinets. I will know more when I've had a chance to crank it in a larger room.

This speakers are really well built, and a better performance than I expected, loaded 4 of them into a vintage custom SUNN 410L cab I restored, and pushed some of the harsh distortions this amps are famous for, which were handled with creamy ease, alogn with solme clean tones which sounded cutting pristine and clear. great speaker for the buck.

For several months I had wanted to add an external speaker cabinet to one of my small Vox amplifiers and could not find a cabinet kit to suit my wants. So I built my own and needed a proper speaker to use. Celestion is always my first choice and has yet to disappoint me. These are the Celestion Ten 30's, rated at 8 ohms... exactly what I needed. Wired in parallel they provide the 4 ohms I need and I fully expect the Celestion clarity and growl I have come to know while using other Celestion models in my equipment.
