Stanley High-Visibility Low Pressure Disposable Foam Earplugs, 200 Pair Box (RST-63002)

My husband is a very light sleeper, so ear plugs are a must nearly every night for him if we're in the same room, or if he wants to sleep through the morning traffic, lawn mowers, etc. These are the absolute best we've found so far. Most of the commercial ones are not as well-shaped, or are too big to really get into the ear and properly expand. Some are just uncomfortable when sleeping in your side, and the earplug is against the pillow.These are soft and comfortable, very moldable, very compressable for easy insertion into the ear... they fit me (small ears) as well as my husband, and block the most noise we've found.What may be good or bad depending on what you want... they come in INDIVIDUALLY-WRAPPED PAIRS. Meaning, the box is meant to put on a job site, where people grab a pack each morning and tear it open and have a hygenic pair to wear, vs. a big bottle of them all loose. For home use, this is a bit of a pain, but if you travel at all, this is great b/c you don't have to find a container to put them in, you can just throw a handful into your suitcase and go. We like this, but for those who don't, these also come in a 'bottle' with a wide mouth you can reach in and grab, as well as smaller tubes.The box is a great value if you use them every day as we do, and while not eco-friendly with the extra plastic wrapping, the trade-off and value is worth it for a peaceful night's sleep!

These are a life saver for the sleep-deprived! For some reason, they don't sell these kind at stores I've shopped (Walgreens, Target). In the past I used regular foam earplugs for my partner's snoring, however my ears would always start hurting after a while. The low pressure foam earplugs are very comfortable and work great!If you have difficulty falling asleep due to snoring, you can still hear snoring with these or any earplugs. However the great thing about these is that if you can initially fall asleep, it reduces the sound considerably so that you won't be woken up. And MOST importantly these are comfortable enough to keep in all night.

For sleeping, shooting or power tools. This works the best out of any ear plug I have found. They not only fit the best. But they stay in place better and longer. Are much more comfortable and also easier to remove.

These are very effective earplugs. I use them regularly when going to sleep at night (noisy ceiling fan and teenage daughter), worn them at the campground (generators) and have worn them at the firing range, all with high success. They are always comfortable and relatively easy to fit. The price is fantastic, the convenience of individually packaged pairs is also great.Four stars instead of five as every now and then one plug of a pair is visibly smaller than the other and can be a bit inconvenient to seat properly. I haven't encountered any that were unusably small, just a minor hassle to seat now and again. Definitely not a deal breaker and doesn't detract from the overall value of these earplugs.

I use them for hearing protection while shooting (anything but heavy magnums) and they work fine, I can shoot all day with no ringing in my ears or discomfort at all. They insert easily and stay in the ear pretty well, but like all earplugs I've tried they occasionally need to be tucked back in a little. This is a lot of earplugs for me considering the occasional use I have for them, and might last a couple of years,

I tried a few other ear plugs but ended up coming back to the old faithful (not to mention inexpensive) foam plugs. I have two different size ear holes so it's hard to find plugs that fit both ears the same. These are the best. You just roll them down small, insert in your ear hole, and let them expand to fill your ear canal. These easily block out more DB's than any of the more expensive fancier types, and these in particular are SO soft I forget they are in. 80-pack tube would last me the rest of my life but my wife has to throw them away after one use, what a waste, lol.

I bought these with the intention to use them for myself and my children when we go target shooting. These are phenomenal! The amount of sound they block out is amazing. Getting them into my kids' little ears was a little bit difficult (I had to take a few out and re-roll them and re-insert them to get them deep enough to make a good seal). In comparison to other foam ear plugs I have used for shooting, these are definitely my favorites!

There is a science behind ear plugs--you want to have some comfort and block out certain sound frequencies. These seem to be engineered accordingly.I use them for riding snowmobiles and motorcycles among other misc uses. I find them to be comfortable and work well compared to other misc plugs that I have used over the years.

I haven't tried any other earplugs before those, but they are of great quality and they block at least 90% of the noise I would say if you roll them the right way. They are extremely soft and I sleep with them all night and hardly feel them in my ears. Been using them for 9 months now and still happy with them. No side effects.My apartment is near a highway, and some idiots drive after midnight with very loud mufflers which is driving me crazy. If not for these earplugs my life would be a living hell. These plugs really block a huge percentage of the noise. I can still hear some cars and motorbikes at night but the sound is faint and no longer disturbing.The good thing about these earplugs is that I can still hear my morning alarm which has a higher frequency than most disturbing noises that you usually don't want to hear at night.Tip: For best effect don't roll them too much like the instructions say. Try to just press them as narrow as you can to keep them fully round before you plug them in. Rolling them too much tends to create creases which would allow sound to slip in.

Do not be put off by the frightening shape and color - these are wonderful. I sleep with them in for several hours almost every night. They are much softer than those orange ones, and they block out obnoxious sounds much more effectively (but I can still hear my high-frequency alarm). I can also remove them without fear of exploding my ear drums from pressure, especially if I give them a slow and gentle twist as I take them out. I find that they work well enough even if I don't insert them all the way into the ear canal, which is a bonus because I don't like having stuff too close to my ear drums. I bought these to deal with barky dogs, annoying mufflers, drunk neighbors, and family members who stomp around overhead at 4AM with shoes on. This purchase has preserved my sanity and my ability to do a mentally intensive job with a clear head. Thanks Stanley!
