Cost of Capital, + Website: Applications and Examples (Wiley Finance)

This is an in-depth analysis of one of the most important aspects of valuation and corporate finance. The writing is accessible and the examples are useful. There are times when the math is beyond me, but that is my shortfall not the author's. There is almost too much good information here. It is certainly not a fast read but one requiring concentration and focus (and a pencil and pad nearby.) I recommend this for graduate students in finance.

Very good book for everyone that wants to know more about the cost of capital and people who wants learn more what parameters determine it.

Brealey wrote this book regarding withComputation of WACC in more a thousandsof pages with Template of Spreadsheet.He explained about entire figures on WACCas well as each variable for computation.We may not be able to find any book moredetailed nor covering than this book.Spreadsheets deal with single WACC andalso multiple WACCs for different periodsfor APV methods as well.
