I've been using this shower for about 3 or 4 days now and I really like it. I picked Ana Bath because of the other positive reviews and because I was looking for something of better than average quality. It has met my expectations. The unit was very easy and uncomplicated to install with common tools.A few of the reviews have complained about the diverter not mounting solidly to the shower arm. I found this was not true at all. It mounts very solid, and I have had no trouble with it swiveling or moving in any way. You will, of course, need to use a wrench to tighten it down. There's no need to over-do it and over-tighten it, just give it the usual 'feels good' tightness with a wrench. I recommend using a crescent wrench rather than pliers, you'll be easy on the finish.The diverter is large, which is both a positive and a negative. On the positive side, it has a distinctive click, and a large easy to turn handle. It has a quality feel to it. It has three positions: fixed shower, hand shower, and both. On the negative side, the bigger the diverter, the further it moves your fixed shower forward and down. This one moves it about 3.5", so if you're a really tall person, or if your shower arm is really low, you might need to look at a different style of shower arm. For such a large diverter, the channel where the water flows through it is surprisingly small. I expect the diverter does reduce your flow a little bit, but I have not verified how much. The part of the diverter that serves as a bracket works well. I haven't had any problems with it turning or swiveling or moving in any way.The hose has a quality metal feel to it. It doesn't tend to tangle up or get into trouble like a cheap plastic hose. Like some of the other reviewers, I wouldn't have minded if it had been another foot longer. It's not that it's too short, but slightly longer would have added just a little more versatility.The hand shower has a quality metal feel to it. I don't know whether it is metal or not (it's not magnetic, I checked). It could be plastic with a decent quality plating on it. I just don't know and can't tell without cutting into it, which I'm not going to do. The point is, it looks very good in the brushed nickel finish.The spray patterns are nice. It has three main settings and two settings that are combinations. The flow is pretty good. With my water pressure (55psi) I can use both heads at the same time. There is a small drop in pressure when using both heads, as is expected, but they are both usable. The flow restrictors are easily removed from the hand shower and the fixed shower.I'd buy this again without hesitation.

Just received this item today, installed it, and already enjoyed using it. I finally got rid of the annoying old delta head that came with the new home.It was simple to install with the additional use of:1) adjustable medium-sized wrench2) thread seal tape (included with the kit - I used my own)After reading the review, I inspected the product for loose items and washers. Fortunately, everything seemed intact. The instructions were fairly simple and plain - I skimmed it and noticed that the shower-head for the hose regulated water pressure and did NOT need an additional washer. (Thus, you have a spare washer that comes with the kit if you want more water pressure.) I haven't noticed the blue LED that comes on with water PSI >10. (This was advertised on the box.)Assembly:1) Removed the old shower head and as much of the old seal tape as possible (counterclockwise).2) Placed new thread seal tape (clockwise) for each connection with threads (total: 4 sites)- wrapping around for about 3-4 rotations.3) Attached the 3-way diverter - hand tightened then finishing with wrench.4) Attached the hose - hand tightened then finishing with wrench.5) Attached the stable shower-head by hand - did not need the wrench.6) Attached the shower-head for the hose - hand tightened.Test: Upon first turning it on with low water pressure, water leaked from both places. The 3 way diverter slowly closes off one outlet and opens the other. I thought there was a leak in the 3 way diverter since it seemed the water never completely stopped flowing from one outlet. I didn't think I would notice it much so I left it at that, but it actually sealed off almost completely after I took a shower - no noticeable leaks upon adjusting the diverter. The water flow has been consistent and steady - all outlets from both shower heads are even.There seems to be 3 settings for the steady shower-head and 4 for the hose. There's several output settings for rinsing/massaging/cleaning and one stronger pressure setting for the hose shower-head. I felt I could actually enjoy the shower instead of my usual get in and get out. I might see an increase in my water bill now for a more enjoyable shower. I'm glad I used Amazon - saved me $60-80 from buying a product at Home Depot or Lowe's.

I purchased this shower head combination to replace a much more expensive Delta shower head and am SO happy I did. This has more than doubled the water pressure coming out of just 1 of the heads to the point where I don't need to turn the water on to its fullest output. Even with both heads turned on, the pressure is fantastic. It's so much better than the Delta brand -- I'd rather have the option to turn down the pressure than to have my old one where even on full, the water pressure was poor. Very easy to install and the oil rubbed bronze is a perfect match to the other fixtures in my bathroom.
