Pain in my knee due to osteoarthritis and chondromalacia patella. The knee brace has helped support my knee and noticed how difficult it is to walk without it now.

This product is useless there are no instructions to tell you how it should be worn. The strap seems to be in two pieces and I have no idea how you get this to stay on. DONT waste your moneyABSOLUTE rubbish
