Mina Harissa Mild Moroccan Red Pepper Sauce, 10oz, 2 pack

I ordered this product because if was in a recipe that I wanted to try. I had never heard of it. It was great in the recipe, but you can also use it as a salsa type dip etc. Use your imagination. The heat in it was good. I would say it was a little hotter than "mild" but it was perfect for me.

This is mild, and i tried it on sourdough and put it under the broiler instead of garlic bread. Wont replace garlic bread but i liked its mild taste! Very bright red spread! I think it might be good spread for some sandwiches, and it will go well with hummus. First time ive ever had Harissa. It also comes is a spicy version, but first i wanted the mild one to actually taste it. I grew up on mexican food and wanted to check out a different take on spicy food. Middle eastern salsa, for lack of a better word.

I love this stuff. It has a nice rich pepper flavor without the heat. Slightly thick consistency, and it goes with so many Mediterranean dishes. I appreciate that this is a pack of two because it goes down easy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: 4 bottles arrived with loose lids box was soaking wet and smashed This was the second purchase, the first was ok.

Really good but the seal was broken/ sauce was leaking out one of the jars!! (Threw that one away)

Love these, with minimal heat, but maximum flavor. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I originally found these jars at Home Goods for a bargain price. They were the spicy ones. It sure zipped up the bland taste of spaghetti sauce we've been eating for years. We've looked everywhere for these and cannot find them. Found these on Amazon. The "mild" sauce jars boost the taste of your sauce and I highly recommend them.
