Firestone9000 Ride-Rite Air Spring Bag - Standard, Single Convoluted

I bought a used 2000 F150 with these on the truck. Both air shocks were bad. I would not let the air bags become deflated. I keep 10 psi or higher in mine at all times. I would to get the onboard air compressor too. It seems like Firestone could have used thicker material in making these. I would not use these off road! Also I would like to get the onboard air compressor. After 13 years metal parts were all rusted put in usable shape. also replaced all the air lines. If I had to do it again I would have just bought a whole new kit. I gave it four stars due to the thin air shock material.

Exactly what I needed. Talk to a factory rep before buying this who said that if it says 9000 it will match other 9000 bags even though there's a part number that's quite different. I'm glad to say the rep was correct.

I've installed 4 of these and only one has managed to not wear a hole. I like what they do for my suspention, but I'd like one that does not burst.

I let the origional get aired down and it got cut and leaked. Firestone would not warrantee it so I bought a replacement. I guess it was my fault so I am ok with it. They work but keep at least 10 PSI in them.

Price was good and it was an exact fit for the one I was replacing. Picture doesn't match the actual air bag I was using.
