Very easy set up
SUPER easy to set up (like 30 seconds), very comfortable and spacious (but I'm only 5'2") - I can even fit my pack inside it. The vestibule was big enough for me to put my boots and pole. The stakes that it came with are steel, but I was able to use 4 stakes so that saved weight, and used a couple of heavy rocks to tie down the rainfly - the longest pole was able to stand up because of the tension - but I would suggest using at least 6 stakes. You could buy aluminum stakes, which would make it lighter. I love the bright green color (and it is BRIGHT!) lol A really good lightweight tent. I just wish the tent had some kind of bag to keep store a light and other stuff you may need in the middle of the night.Someone took a pic of me napping. lol [BTW, I'm lying down the wrong way. Obviously head should be at the wider end. That way, you don't bonk your head as you sit up. I'm short so I can lay down the narrow way too without touching the roof.]

Good backpacking tent. High value.
I needed a 1P hiking tent to replace the bivy style tent I had. I wanted light weight, a side entrance, tall enough to sit up in, and a gear vestibule. This tent fits the bill without being expensive like other brand's options. The rain fly can be pulled wide for good ventilation. If you short the non-door side you can get a little wider vestibule next to your door, though it's still quite small, room for boots and an empty pack. For a lightweight thru-hiker it's plenty.Very quick setup. After doing it once I am able to unpack/setup and teardown/packed in well under 5 min.I carry my tent inside my pack. I would have liked the shockcorded poles to collapse a few inches shorter. They are probably fine for most people.Eureka tent stakes are pretty low quality. They are heavy and bend easily, you only need four to setup and I'd recommend replacing them with any other name brand TI stake.

Just ok
Needs to many stakes doesnt work well in rocky pennsylavania

quick and easy to set-up
Built well, quick and easy to set-up. Descent vestibule space. There is a lot of wasted space in the ends and a long sleeping pad will push on the sides and take up the whole tent. The Eureka Spitfire 2 would be the better buy.

Very Light
I love this tent. It's light for backpacking and great price point. I've had a few comfortable nights so far and there's enough room for a few small items. I left my boots and empty pack under the vestibule and brought my dry sack that I pack my clothes in and a few items inside. When backpacking I put the tent body inside my pack and the rainfly, poles, and stakes ( replaced with aluminum) ride outside. Only packing the rainfly in the sack Eureka provided makes packing up up much easier. The poles are long and I thought this would be a concern but it wasn't, they rode right along side my trekking poles. I would really like the footprint but its $50 with shipping.

Sticky zipper, but good space
We went on a 20 mile backpacking trip and this was my first use of the tent. The over all tent was more spacious than my Eureka solitaire tent, my big issue was the zipper would get stuck every time I would open or close the tent. I also had a minor issue that it doesn't hold up against the rain as well as my solitaire tent. I was getting minor misting as it dumped one night. Overall for the price it was a good tent, ill just be careful with the zipper and I won't forget to bring a back up tarp.

An excellent idea. The tent stakes are junk
this is an outstanding little tent, but just a bit too little for me at 6'2" and 200lbs. It is very roomy inside with plenty of height to sit up and read, eat, change clothes, whatever. For me, the tent length was a bit too short, as my sleeping bag rubbed firmly against the far wall of the tent - which could lead to drawing in moisture from outside resulting in a wet sleeping bag. The rainfly has a kickstand vent with a zipper in the tent body which allows access to the vent from inside the tent. An excellent idea. The tent stakes are junk, and I would suggest replacing them with some good MSR Groundhog stakes. My only complaint is that I think I was shipped a used tent instead of a new one. The zippers were open and I found bugs inside. This would be an outstanding choice for someone less than 6-feet tall who uses a standard-length sleeping bag. This is one tent I wish I could have kept.

Good value for the price
Needed to lighten up, and this proved to be a good choice, given that I am on a budget and did not want to spend big bucks on something I would only be using on two to three backpacking trips per year. Took this into the Wind River Range for six nights, and it was just fine. Easy to set up, enough room to sit up and change clothes without much trouble, and water-tight during our only big rainstorm. You will need to replace the godawful stakes it comes with, but other than that, no adjustments needed.
