Product dimensions are confusing. in one place it says the mat is 28"lx16"w, then in product description is says it is 17.3"l x 10.9"w.???

can this be cut? my tub is 40" long and tapers from 13" wide at the faucet end to 15" at the other.

Changes color

Color of mat turned to black after few use,it doesn't go with washing. Rubber material itself is changing color with use. It looks horrible and disgusting.
