I usually write a good review or none at all; this warrants a 1-star review. The stamp was assembled incorrectly and when I brought it to the seller's attention, they at first dropped the communication, then made me jump through hoops to prove it.When using a stamp, one normally positions the stamp housing facing forward and presses down -- simple, right? On my unit, the rubber design pad was set about 80-degrees off-center, so the impression is at a odd angle. On top of the stamp housing, there's also a paper copy of the design but it's about 170-degrees off, so even using that sample to align the impression doesn't work. The only way to make the impression align properly would be to draw an alignment mark on the plastic -- not very user-friendly.I emailed the seller according to their paper insert which said, "If any issue, contact us." They responded once, then crickets (no response). So, I used Amazon's "Problem with my order" option. Now they responded, but questioned "whose fault" it was and requested photos. Er, this question has only one answer.A single photo cannot capture the issue, so to demonstrate both flaws I had to record a video. Finally, they got the point. But without offering me a replacement or an apology, they unilaterally refunded the order which is not what I wanted. It was burdensome to get resolution, the resolution wasn't what I wanted, and the customer service, well, wasn't.

While it does stamp well, it was sent with the paper design under the plastic top going totally in a different direction as the stamp, so no way to stamp it straight. I took it apart and with much trial and error, lined it up as best I could in the direction that the stamp is made. It is still hard to get it to stamp straight cause the straight edge of the stamp that you would think to line up to the envelope or paper edge is not the way someone installed the rubber stamp. Possibly it shows more cause my initial is J and it can look crooked very easily. Still, no attention to that important detail, so it's hard to use. Price is cheaper than some and I got what I paid for?

Loved mine so much that I got one for my brother and his fiance when they got engaged knowing that they would have a lot of mail to send out in the coming months
