Easy to assemble only if you have help
This shed is beautiful and sturdy but it only looks nice after it is fully assembled. The instructions said this shed should be put together by 3 people. Actually, 2 people can easily do it. I put it together mostly by myself but I had to have help with the front and rear gables because it is not possible to do this step without help even if you do one piece at a time you still got to deal with the screen vents so it takes 2 people for this step. Everything else can be put together by one person, the trusses have to be done one small piece at a time if you don't have help, it is tricky you have to improvise a lot without help.

Great product!
So far, I'm loving this storage! It's well-designed, sturdy, and looks great. Paid no shipping and taxes which is great! I used Amazon to hire an installer who did a great job. He was not fond of the installation instructions and complained a few times about the order of installing things as shown in the manual, part labeling, poor tolerancing/alignments, etc. I advised him to provide Lifetime with his feedback. It already rained fairly heavily here, but I have not noticed a single drop of water inside the storage, yet. As most people have alreay mentioned, the windows look and feel very flimsy. I will update this feedback in a year or so.

The look and the size are indeed very good, and it is very sturdy
After lots of research including in store and online, I finally picked this one because of the size and the look. The look and the size are indeed very good, and it is very sturdy. It is the best choice. I would also like to acknowledge Lifetime's customer service. The guy who assembled it said there was a missing part (roof truss). Since it was going to rain, I asked customer service to deliver it sooner even though it was supposed to take 3 days. It arrived over night. One minor thing that needs improvement is the mechanism of the window. Otherwise, the shed is perfect.

6433 11'x11' shed review
I built the 6433 last week to replace an old aluminum shed that was too small. The 6433 required a larger base, so I had to add some pavers to extend the patio out some to accommodate the larger footprint. I thought I was careful in making sure the base was nice and level. If possible, I would recommend that you pour a new concrete base (carefully leveled and just an inch or so bigger on each side than the base of the shed). From what I've read and experienced, if you are going to have problems building this shed, it will be caused by a base that's not level.Parts are well labeled and instructions fairly easy to follow. Took me a day and a half to assemble. Everything went smooth until I got to installing last couple of roof panels. They did not immediately align. Lifetime tech support said this is a common problem for DIYers and recommended that I loosen all of the roof and wall screws to allow adjustment, then re tighten. I loosened them, but couldn't realign by hand. I had to use a come-along attached to top of last metal side wall support (run out opposite window and attached to a tree) to pull the truss into proper alignment. Then the last two roof panels fit perfectly.Only other major problem encountered has been aligning the doors. Right door works fine, but left door is too low (about 3/4"). I watched lifetime video on door adjust, which recommended shimming the shed in spots, but that didn't make slightest difference. Still haven't figured out how to fix - I may have to drill new holes in hinge plate, slide entire hinge (and possibly door top plate) up a half inch or so and screw it back in place making new holes.Tips:If you don't want people to be able to look into the shed, leave the opaque film on the plexiglass windows before installing. I don't really see the point of the operable windows anyway. For better security, I'd prefer that the side windows be fixed shut. I don't plan on opening them.Leave truss screws fairly loose until entire roof is on, then tighten them down.Might want to use handheld screwdriver for installing screws into any plastic. Too easy to over torque using a drill with a Phillips bit.Overall, shed seems to be very well designed and instructions easy to follow. I suspect the alignment issues I encountered were from my base not being perfectly flat.

Not all that and a bag of nuts!
This is a nice shed. I think it is a bit flimsier in material than Rubbermaid products cause the walls are not as thick. It took two handyman multiple calls and videos to figure this shed assembly out. The instruction booklet discussed parts A and B when the box contained E and F. The impression we got was they want you to purchase their installers. Honestly I think it would have been cheaper. I don't dislike the shed I just don't find it all that and bag of nuts now that it is done and would not buy another. It is just OK.I will go with an Amish built shed next.

not one like I got
Amazon's price was cheaper than the factory price for the shed. The factory price for the 2 1/2 foot extension I bought, was cheaper than Amazon's. The delivery by ABF was to have been made by two men, not one like I got. If I had not helped him get the boxes from truck to backyard, he would have croaked. He was not equipped with an adequate two wheel dolly, he used mine. The 84 degree day didn't help at all either. The instructions were not easy to follow. I had to phone for help with the parts bags, some of which were not labeled correctly or at all. To anchor the building, one needs to go to the back section of the instructions early in the construction process to anchor it down at the proper time. The hardware was all there and more than was called for. The measurements were not always true. The building is not a true 11' x 16', it's smaller. The Butyl tape should be renamed BRUTAL tape. Peel off of the roll all of the tape necessary to do the window top edge, sides and bottom edge, one at a time, cut it or break it, cut it is best. Do not let the tape touch clothes, shoes, wood, tools or back on it's self. The tape will stretch if necessary. More than enough tape is available. I have had to deal with rain ponding beneath the black floor and on top of the treated lumber base I built. Drilling drainage holes in the plywood helps to eliminate the ponding. Keep your cool and call for assistance whenever necessary. Those guys are pros.
