Does this work for sublimation ink transfer for the new circut infusible ink?

Lots of reviews say no. Not compatible with the sublimation ink. I think some even say it is not compatible with the Cricut sublimation ink.

Product is stated to be 'water soluble'. Can you dilute it with water?

No, you do not dilute with water. You product is place in Terial, wring out the Terial. Let dry about 10 minutes, then press. Terial makes your fabric very firm , but when laundered Terial washes out. Great product.

If using this for machine embroidery to avoid puckers, will puckers return after washing it out?

I have found that using Terial Magic Fabric spray along with the stabilizer does prevent puckers, I have washed some of the items that I have used this method on and have found no puckers after washing. This is a great product - applying it - finishes the fabric very stiff - which is very supportive in machine embroidery . It is a product I will reorder.

Can you use this on a dollie to hold on a flower vase?

Maybe, Terial Magic isn't an adhesive, it's just meant to stabilize fabric. In other words...fabric ends up feeling like paper. If you spray it on and dry it over the vase, it would hold its shape.
