Well-Built Keyboard
I wanted a backlit keyboard as, being partially sighted, it's sometimes difficult for me to see a normal keyboard and I don't touch-type. It does the job, but the symbols accessed by Shift+a number are still difficult to see as the tiny symbols aren't lit to the same extent as the numbers. I thought, at first, that it didn't have media keys and was disappointed, but found that media keys are accessed by Function+F keys, so I was much happier. The keys have a quiet, positive action that suits me perfectly. The build quality is impressive, it's a lot sturdier than my old Logitech wireless keyboard and cheaper too! There's a lot to like about this board and not a lot to find fault with. A good budget board if you don't absolutely need a wireless model.

Cheap, Plastic and Bad Keys
Wanted keyboard with couple of USB ports built in to clear up my desk with backlight keys. Bought this and am underwhelmed. Keys are really poor, very clicky and take effort. Making plenty of spelling errors as not applying enough pressure Just feels really cheap, last keyboard I used (before laptop) was a cheap Logitech but that was head and shoulders better quality than this. Really would not recommend unless (like me) you really, really need a backlight keyboard with USB ports. Otherwise invest in Logitech or Razr for same price and buy separate hub.

It's a decent keyboard
I was after a keyboard to replicate the feel and sound (i.e. quiet) of a laptop keyboard and end up choosing this one. It's quite a nice looking keyboard, although the font for the keyring and numbers is a little quirky, but nothing I can't live with. It's not as quiet as I was expecting. The keys are certainly quieter than the older keyboard I was using, but it's not as quiet as the keyboard on the laptop it is plugged into. This was a little disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I bought it.The other thing that was disappointing is that it is curved in the middle and is not straight and flat. So far, it doesn't seem to be affecting the way it types and I'm hoping it stays that way. But for the money it cost, I was expecting better quality. That said, it is nice to type with and the USB hub world well with my wireless mouse.

Like Logitech, but cheaper
I pondered buying this keyboard for months. Debating whether to go for a really cheap board, get this mid-ranged one, or bite the bullet & pay out for a Logitech version for double the price of this. I read the reviews on here & various other vendors. I decided to go for this one, with the double USB ports. I needed a keyboard for a whole range of activities, including document writing, gaming & general PC usage. This fits the bill perfectly. The scissor keys are really comfortable to work with for typing, giving the user an "easy to master" approach to improving speed and productivity in all aspects.Pro's: It's subtle illumination gives just enough light to see the keys easily in a dark room. I didn't want a multi-coloured keyboard, just a basic white light to allow me to see what I'm typing without having a main light on in my office. The scissor keys are very responsive & feel great under the fingers. It has 2 Windows keys, which I use regularly when rebooting my Amiga Emulator (WinUAE). The 2 USB ports are a great addition - I use one for my wireless mouse dongle, which keeps it close for a great connectivity - the other is used by my PC Gamepad (also used for my Amiga Games). It uses the Multimedia key straigh out of the box - I don't use them, but they're there if I decide to use them.Con's: To be honest, I haven't found anything that I don't ike about this keyboard yet. Some reviews specify that the black of the keys (around the illuminated characters) wear off in time, but After a couple of months, this hasn't happened yet. I guess if you use it to excess, this may happen, but for the several hours per day, this isn't a problem yet. Just an extrremely minor point, even with the back legs raised, the keyboard is only just elevated above level. Again, this isn't a problem, but some users may find this unacceptable. There are so many keyboards available, but this has just hit the spot for me. OK, it's not absolutely silent, but compare it with any mechanical keyboard, and this is in another league. I have previously owned a Logitech board, which I absolutely loved - but, for £80, it was out of my price range. This keyboard is about half the price of a similar Logitech board, & has a very similar feel to it.My Advice: weigh up your requirements - if you will be using it constantly for typing long documents or producing your Biography, maybe spend your money on something "higher Class" (like Logitecch). If you are a general user who has had enough of mechanical keyboards, you can't get much better than this. A great price, great quality, lovely to use & 2 USB ports as well... You can't go wrong.

Decent
A good keyboard that delivers what it promises on! Worth a look at.Advantages:Very nice to type on. Not as loud as a mechanical, but still very responsive and satisfying.Very nice weight and build quality. The lights are extremely useful, and are disable-ableLogo is nice and minimalDisadvantages:There is no 'Fn lock' feature. After years of using one with it enabled, you really miss it not being there. The lights turn on automatically when you plug in the keyboard. It would be nice if there was a physical switch for it instead of having to use a key combination. This one might be just for my setup : I plug the keyboard into my laptop. When i switch it off, it still delivers power to the keyboard, meaning the lights stay on (and the key combination to turn it off does not work if the laptop is off) meaning that I have to physically unplug the keyboard every time I turn my laptop off! Unacceptable, and actually led me to buy a different keyboard to replace it.Nit-picks:There is weird light bleed when the Num/Caps/Scroll lock feature is enabled. A small thing I didn't expect to see of something of this quality.End is spelt 'Ende'I hate the fact the bottom row is taller than the other rows. The left Windows and Fn keys are swapped compared to Dell keyboards.

Backlight is stupidly bright
I needed a keyboard with backlit keys but the backlight is so over the top bright that it is unuseable - so a 2 ster rating. As there is not a function to dim the backinght the manufacturers get 5 stars for stupidity though. Well done guys!
