HUGO BOSS Ballpoint pen Gear Matrix Dark Blue HSC9744L

This is the chrome yellow version listed as 'Hugo Boss Ballpoint pen Gear Matrix Yellow'. It comes in a black rectangular case that is presentable and easy to gift wrap. The material of the pen is a soft, smooth metal coated in deep chrome yellow. It looks and feels wonderful. The pen has a good weight and slightly top heavy. The nib emerges with a single twist. of the cap. The refill is the same as the Parker ballpoint refill but the one that comes with this pen is a blue medium nib with the Hugo Boss logo. Writes smoothly and comfortably. It is an excellent gift.

The pen is quite heavy, but feels really nice in the hand. Slightly annoyed it came with blue ink. So I have to now order a black refil

Really great but broke after about 2months.

The alarm bell rang when I saw Sellotape on the box, indicating the contents weren't original.The pen looks wonderful but with one major flaw and that is that the nib of the pen gets stuck in the cap when you want to use it, the thread on the barrel isn't quite finished! Really irritating!I have several Boss pens, this one is definitely inferior and probably snide.AVOID!

Really good feel and weight to the pen, brought as a gift to myself. Build quality poor, 3 months old and the ball point cartridge will now not stay in place rendering the pen useless. I also stupidly bought refills as I hoped this pen would last the test of time. A refund would be nice !!!
