Very impressed.. when I received this in the mail it came literally shrink wrapped and was completely flat and hard! I was extremely worried this was not going to go back to the support I was hoping for.I went on-line and read the comments and most said it will fluff up. So I left the pillow alone and came back about 6 hours later and it was becoming less flat. It took about a day to have the pillow to its fullest form. I was surprisingly happy! And it is very supportive and for the price will worth it. I paid around $18 for this and it was one of the cheapest ones that looked good for the price.Hope this helps.

I work from home and I have an older chair, need to get a new one, but with whats going on right now, I am not going out shopping for a new chair. This has helped my back immensely. I try to not slouch and it helps me to sit up straight. I have noticed I am working long hours and realized that I needed this support for my back. I recently ordered a foot rest, I guess as you get older, you need more ergonomic items in your life. I definitely would buy this again.

Like many of us, I'm now working from home and needed some serious lumbar support for my home desk chair. This support pillow arrived a day early so I was very happy about that. Upon opening the box the first thing I noticed was that the pillow was in a vacuum sealed bag with all the air sucked out, meaning the pillow was almost completely flat. It remained that way after removing it from the sealed bag, but fortunately I was patient and put the pillow in the warm sun for a couple of hours which did the trick of helping the pillow resume it full shape!After using it for a few days I have to say its doing the job I expected, providing good back lumbar support. In my experience memory foam is pretty soft, but this pillow is somewhat firmer than expected. Not a big deal for me as the firm support is working fine for me.I took a star away from the rating because I feel the manufacturer should have included a note about allowing the pillow some time to resume its full shape instead of buyers having to figure it out for themselves.

I'm using this back support pillow in the car. The cars seats have very little lumbar support and no adjustment. This pillow is the solution. Very well made, with great support. The memory foam is great, and the mesh pattern on the pillow matches the interior of the car pretty well. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

This support feels so good on my back. When it arrived and I took it out off the package, there was a funny strong odor but disappeared after a few days. I had to let it sit for a few hours to fill out completely since it came in a vacuum package. It didn't take that long, maybe just about 1hr.

It's a sturdy pillow but not what I was looking for.

I like this pillow, it's very soft and support my back well. Just worth the price! I will get another one for my mother.

The product came vacuum sealed and so was extremely compressed! More than THREE hours after having opened the vacuum seal it STILL had not decompressed! There was NO way to try out the product. Also, it was made in CHINA. So, the quality is not high. probably IMHO. I would NOT recommend this particular product. I sent mine back 4 hours after I opened the package.

Someone comfy. Took a few attempts to decide the right position but once sorted couldn't be without it. Use it in work for prolonged sitting and it's made a massive difference.
