DermaNew Facial Rejuvenation Microdermabrasion Crème - 2.6 oz.

Ok, I've been using DermaNew for about 13 years. I usually buy it from DermaNew itself, but since AMAZON is so easy, I just bought it from DermaDoctor this time. Even with the shipping it was cheaper. It arrived as expected and looked completely normal and new. I opened the packaging and found that the tube itself was not fully crimped at the top where the plastic meets up. When I squeezed it air and some DermaNew came out. Bummer.. if it were a product other than for my face, I might have just went with it... but, I felt like this could be a small health hazard. I called up DermaDoctor and spoke with a very nice woman who was shocked and surprised that this could happen. She offered to send me a new one and I could just throw away the old one.. AT NO CHARGE. Not shipping or anything. Usually Amazon is good like this (that's why I love AMAZON) but I haven't seen a storefront be this great before. So, well done DermaDoctor! New customer for the next 13 years.Oh, and if you like exfoliation, you will love DermaNew. I don't use the sponges or pads.. I just use a little bit and don't push too hard on my face with it, like soap. Then I wash my face with regular cleanser and it feels amazing. It really is a great product! I highly recommend DermaNew!

I bought this to use with a special applicator from ROC. ROC didn't sell the scrub cream that was supplied with the applicator anymore so I bought this instead. I am very pleased with this product. I have sensitive skin that turns red easily when the scrub is too harsh but this product leaves my skin soft and not irritated. I am just hesitating to buy this again because I think it is a bit expensive.

I bought 5 of these to go along with new kits I got relatives as presents. I sent it to them overseas and when they opened the tubes they were completely dry. As I can't return them due to sending them to different people, I can only caution you before you purchase anything from this supplier. The products are old and dry.

I am not sure about this product, looks like its fake. First of all tube was not sealed with a little foil cap, as usually creams are.Everything on tube, instructions, name is written in a very pale grey color. Tube itself looks very poor to me.Also, it feels only %60 full. Cream itself, can't really tell- has this sandy texture as microdermabrasion cream should, but that's about it. Will not purchase it again. Well i will but not from this seller. Again, seems like I got fake product

I have been useing dermanew microdermabrasion for 3/4 weeks and I have noticed a visible difference in my skin tone . It definitely looks brighter and smoother. but I have not noticed much of a change in my brown spots yet but still I will recommend it to anyone.

I give this PRODUCT 5 stars for performance. I agree 100% with the others who say this product works exceptionally well in gently exfoliating and softening skin. I have sensitive fair skin, and DremaNew Microdermabrasion is an excellent substitute for the Youthful Essence products no longer available. (Susan Lucci was the spokesperson for shopping network sales, Amby Rhoades is the product creator.) You only need a dab the size of a chickpea to do your face, neck, and decolletageBUT: I give the MANUFACTURER AND ITS MARKETING DEPARTMENT 2 stars for "do you think I'm stupid?" packaging, with all the air in the tube. Not cool. The manufacturer and marketing department (who is responsible for product packaging) need to realize that since their product is great, we will pay almost [whatever] for a FULL tube. C'mon, guys - it's almost a message to women that you think they're too dumb or vain to realize you're being a bit too slick with the packaging.

I really like this system and I have seen a reduction in some scars, the size of my pores, some sun damamge is not as noticable, and the overall appearance of my skin. You can choose the regular creme or one for sensitive skin. The unit is sturdy, the pads clip on and stay on, and they are easy to keep clean. I would recommend this system to anyone and don't be afraid of the price - you will receive a well made unit and the creme lasts for a long time. Thanks DermaNew.

Bought this more than once, never found an actual exfoliator that doesnt require a clarasonic or any other device. It really exfoliates because the tiny little elements arent plastic they almost feel like slight crystals the scrub the top layer of ur skin. It's not rough! The substance its mixed in is soft sobu get both, to clean and to moisturize! Highly recommend it and its worth it.
