I used them in my old mag lights, these bulbs are a lot brighter than the incandescent bulbs that the old mag lights came with. These bulbs are not as bright as some of the newer LED lights but they are plenty bright and have lower power consumption so the batteries last longer. I have one more light I need to upgrade will probably buy again.

Decent level of light output with only one potential issue if it matters… Since the LED is flat and not exactly in the same place as the original MagLite incandescent, the focus is a little wonky - it produces a ring of light rather than a consistent flood at wide focus. When it’s tightly focused, it produces a solid narrow beam with (to my eyes) a slightly greenish hue. Other than that, it’s bright and I’m much happier with it than the original incandescent.

One failed and dims as soon as it is turned on. I replaced that new bulb and the flashlight worked fine. When these LED bulbs do work they are great! I hope they last. I converted my Ryobi 1+ flashlight as well as any other older flashlight they fit.

I had a skull crusher Maglite in my garage. I always love it but the bulb was failing and casted that yellow light that old school bulbs projected. I didn't want to buy a new bulb and have a brighter, yellow light so I looked to see if I could upgrade. I stumbled upon this LED bulb and gave it a whirl. The difference was astounding. Now I have a brighter, bluish/white light that gives magnificent detail the old bulb couldn't provide on its best day. I ended up buying a LED bulb for my little 2AA flashlight. Easy to install and a great value. Give it a try!

got this after I got an old military light that desperately needed a new bulb and this thing is great its nice and bright and fits and installs with ease, no complains at all

Really intermittent light output, it flickers on/off or really dim when I turn on and off the flashlight. The original incandescent bulb still works great so I just switched back to it.

The bulb is easy to install and it’s definitely an upgrade from the OG incandescent bulb, this LED bulb puts out whiter and brighter light. With that being said, I hoped for a lot brighter, especially with current technology and give the size of both the bulb and the Maglite. If you have an old 2D Maglite it is worth upgrading to this LED bulb, and the price is less than $10. Now maglite is bright enough to keep in a storm kit at home, or as a back up in a vehicle. If all else fails: 2 D cells inside of a metallic MagLite can effectively adjust behavior if needed. ;)

The bulbs fit and produce about 150 lumens. The light is a little yellowish but WAY brighter than an incan bulb..
