Hot-Z4.5 Premium 14 Way Divider Golf Cart Bag

The club arrangement is very good, better than a Staff bag. Storage is also good, plenty of room here. From other reviews I read there were complaints about the carrying strap. Remember this is a Cart bag, it goes on a golf cart. I carry the bag from my trunk to the cart and for that it is adequate. It stands on solid ground (like the paved area at the Golf cart, but it is tipsy a bit and on grass I wouldn't trust it. It is light, probably less than 5 pounds empty though I didn't weigh this out. The zippers are plastic, but they work very well. The rain hood is exactly where I found it, in a side pocket. Again, we have rain hoods on golf carts so this is sort of redundant. I wanted light weight, good separation on the clubs and storage and I got it. If you can remember 60 years ago, Hot-Z was the maker of some great carrying bags. Very high quality canvas sides, leather bottoms with metal studs and a comfortable strap. I probably owned two of these when I was 15 and wore out the sides carrying these bags. This isn't the same, but it is still pretty good quality. I looked at a lot of different bags and they all had a flaw or two, this isn't perfect, but it 's strongest characteristic is the club arrangement. I'm happy with it.

Got a chance to use this bag for the first time today. It replaced my previous bag, a decent Talyor Made 'stand bag,' for two main reasons. One, I now play using a hand cart or golf cart, and the stand bag didn't sit very well in the hand cart, and also moved around a bit on the golf cart. And two, the main, main reason, the TM bag had dividers that didn't go all the way down, and ever since I put mid-sized grips on my clubs, I found them getting tangled constantly at the bottom of the bag, and it was getting frustrating. Who needs one more frustration when golfing, eh?After searching Amazon for cart bags with full-length divides, I came upon the Hot-Z and thought the price was right. I picked it over similarly-priced cart bags because it seemed to offer the most storage and had slightly better reviews. I picked red because it was cheaper than the blue, and I didn't want all black. It's actually a very nice red.The bag functioned perfectly. Clubs were much easier to maneuver in the bag, and there was storage for everything I carry. The 'valuables' pocket is larger and more conveniently located than the one on the TM bag was, and the pockets are plenty big. I think the TM bag had a bit more storage, but it was almost too much, as I couldn't remember where I'd kept everything.The description for the Hot-Z bag says it has a tee holder, but I could not find one on it. But I already had an external tee holder that hangs from the towel ring or handle of the bag, so that wasn't an issue. Some of the reviews indicated the bag would not stand on its own. Mine stands perfectly.So, first impression after one use is that this bag will work just fine. Hopefully it lasts for awhile, because I don't need to spend any more money on golf (though I do have to buy balls more often than I'd care to - hmmm, maybe a new driver will prove more accurate!!).I don't think Hot-Z makes this bag anymore, so get it while you can. Don't see why you'd be disappointed.

I had the cheaper bag that stands, but found it ineffective for carts, especially a hand cart for walking the course. The bag just didn't fit either cart well and would twist in place, threatening to fall down. The foot bringing out the stand legs was part of the problem. This bag fits any cart well and holds still. As pictured it has multiple pockets for balls, tees, divot tools, ball markers, lunch, drinks and whatever. In addition, I like the 14 pocket dividers for each club. Though they don't go all the way down, they do separate the clubs well enough. The handles at the top are also very helpful for maneuvering the bag in place or on a cart. The only drawback is that it does not stand on it's own well, but that's not what I bought it for. For the price, it works well and is well made.

This is a very nice bag. Lightweight, Durable. Some complained about lack of bottom handle however the lower part of the pocket on bottom has a hard point which acts as a handle. Zippers seem lightweight but we shall see. Love the full length club slots. I play a lot of golf so the bag will be tested well in the weeks to come.

Purchased in December, started sporadic use approximately March and used few times since then. The zipper on top side pocket (picture 1) broke and separated from bag within the first month of use. Pocket now open and not usable. Followed by the deteriation of fabric below the lift pocket (picture 2)on the bag bottom. Cannot use lift pocket without further damage to underlying fabric. Picture shows bag that looks new, but I've documented the lack of durability!! I hope to exchange or return this bag. Very disappointed!!

Nice bag with plenty of storage. The only thing I don't like about it is the putter slot seems a little deep for a 34 inch putter. My putter cover tends to fall off more. Well worth the price I paid though and just as good as the more expensive bags.

UpdateI have to say I'm disappointed with this bag. The deviders do seem to be separated all the way down, however the shell is very flimsy and the bag constantly falls over and already ruined my driver. It was fairly new and now dented. It is too flimsy and won't stand up. It just falls over no matter how flat the surface is

Had several different bags,this one out shines them all.better then bags that I've seen for twice the price.Go with this one you'll love it.
