A good amount for the price and is a nice base broth for many recipes! When mixed with whatever you are making, it is not an overpowering flavor so it is versatile! Just be careful to add salt after you added the amount of broth you wanted and start off with a little bit and build little by little from there since it is concentrated and has good salt taste that goes a long way.

I usually make bone broth for us to have, but sometimes I get caught up and can't do it. I decided to give this a try. We loved it. We would have a cup a day, either for lunch or for dinner if it was late. The taste was yummy, a tad bit too salty. The price is a bit too expensive, because there are others out there just the same, but not as much. Plus, I can buy all the ingredients myself and make it. The price keeps me from buying this again. But if you get stuck, and can't make it, grab it.

Very tasty broth, works really well for soups and stews. Only downside is I find it gets a little watery and mild flavored when following the ratio directions on the jar - I need to use more for a typical beefy flavor of other stocks/broths. Also the color is more milky once prepared than other beef broth. Otherwise a good product. Would buy again.

I like to put it in my mashed potatoes, it reminds me of a lot of Thanksgiving. Fabulous taste.
