NUK Disney Large Learner Spill Proof Sippy Cup – BPA Free, Spill Proof Sippy Cup

Wish I had gotten this earlier! My daughter is six months old, and is ready to try something new in regards to bottles, and this sippy cup turned out perfectly! The bottle itself is removable from the arms, and the silicone spout can be removed also for easy cleaning. I stick all of it in the dishwasher and I've had no issues at all! It also doesn't leak, which is a major plus! My daughter is now able to hold this by herself, and loves to use it! She prefers this over a bottle already, and we've only been using it for about two weeks. The design has also not faded at all (again, it's in the dishwasher every day), and I like the fact that everything comes apart so no mold can grow on it. It's definitely a perfect choice for teaching your little one how to start drinking from a bigger cup versus a bottle, and the silicone spout is just wonderful! When its been turned over, I still didn't see it leak at all!! Great product, and I've already purchased more!

First of all, this is the most user friendly sippy cup that I have found for my 6 month old. It has big handles for her to hold onto and a soft silicone mouth piece that was simple for her to figure out how to sip from. The handled base detaches from the cup so that you can remove the handles as your child grows and does not need them anymore or if the handles are just not working for your child. Another plus is that this cup is very easy to take apart and clean! The silicone mouth piece pops out of the lid for thorough cleaning and goes right back together just as easily as a bottle nipple does. I also love that the cup has measurements printed on the side, which go up to 5 ounces. Lastly, this little cup is adorable! In my opinion, this was an excellent purchase!

We decided to self-wean our daughter from six months, and needed a sippy cup which would not be too hard on her gums. This one worked perfectly and it is also easy for her to grip. The challenge we note is her ability to be able to tilt the cup upwards to get the water, even months later is difficult. It is definitely spill proof and it is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean.

Thank you NUK! I tried two sippy cups prior to this cup. My breast-fed daughter just chewed on the spouts and couldn't figure out how to get liquid out of the cups. We tried a hard spout and another soft spout cup. With this NUK cup, she took right to it. No issues. The silicone spout is soft though still firmer than a bottle nipple. The shape is a bit simpler compared to other soft spout cups. There aren't any valve pieces to clean or get clogged, and yet no leaks either! Cleaning is super easy by hand but the pieces are also dishwasher safe. There are six pieces total: The spout, ring, cup, handle, lid, and sealing disc. The handle piece comes off by pushing the bottom of the cup. It just pops off. I have yet to use the disc, though in theory the lid won't do much to catch the contents of a leak as there are two slots in the lid. With that in mind, the disc is a good precaution. Again, I have yet to experience a leak. The only con is the same I have with any sippy with handles...it's awkward to fit into a diaper bag. As I mentioned before, the handle piece pops off. One of the biggest perks, if you use NUK bottles, the pieces can be used interchangeably with this cup. In general, this is a great training bottle. In my opinion, this may be a better cup to try first if your baby is strictly breastfed or only bottle feeds occasionally. The spout is a more similar to a nipple but still teaches baby how to maneuver and use a sippy cup. Highly recommend!

My granddaughter is a year old. She does not like the hard sippy cup spouts. The NUK spout is the only one she will drink from. She won't take her bottle anymore, so we found these. They work great. No spills when she drops them or turns the over. The designs are really cute. She used the handle grips when she first started drinking from the cup but now she can hold the cup and doesn't like the handles. These cups are great for water and juice. They are very easy to clean and are top rack dishwasher safe.

For anyone that has kids, which you probably do if you're looking at buying this cup, you already know there are TONS of options out there. Our daughter happens to like Disney, and since most of their gear can be sold at a mark up by whoever, we snagged this cup when it was on a coupon deal. Who can beat Minnie after all. The cup has been sturdy for all the chewing, throwing around the room, dropping from the high chair, and food splattered all over it (equating to many thorough washing). It's maintained its color and structural integrity nicely, and it's very easy to fill, empty, and clean. Our daughter seems to be able to drink from the spout pretty easily when full. This was a big issue for us because she's had trouble drinking from bottles before. The only "downside" I'll mention, and it may not be a negative for you, depending on the child, is that the handles sometime make it hard for her to lift the spout completely to her mouth (this could just be her dexterity preference), and this also leads to her not being able to get much out if the cup is less than half full. The best option we've found for our daughter is a cup with a weighted straw (i.e., has a knob at the end in the water that keeps it in the water) until she was able to gain more dexterity, then this cup and others like it went much smoother. Overall, we would buy it again.

This is an amazing learner cup by NUK. It is so easy for my little one to hold. The grip is amazing. Also, the best part is that it is so easy to clean. All the parts come apart and can be thrown in the dishwasher. My daughter was so happy to use this cup because of the adorable minnie mouse on it because she's obsessed with Minnie Mouse and as result it was easy for her to transition into this learner cup. The size is also very nice because it is so small it is easy to travel with. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great beginner cup. My 6 month old learned so easy from this cup and drinks well from it. It is leak proof and easy to clean!!
