Terrible performance.
First one arrived and was dead (DOA) sent back for refund. Second one arrived and installed easily enough. However, it took 3 minutes in one case from pressing the doorbell for it to alert me on my tablet. It would record events, but delayed, so you see the person leaving if they have waited long enough at the door, otherwise you don't even get to see them. Wouldn't charge the batteries from AC, and wouldn't seem to go to sleep on its own, the batteries drained after a couple of days. Not impressed at all.

Had this nearly 2 months now and it is total junk to be honest..... here are the list of issues i have had.... 1. The batyeries dont last longet than a week... they come with the chespeat of cheap batteries! Even vape batteries are sttonger 100 times over! 2. It isn't waterproof.... after heavy rain that we have had it is now broken as it has got wet. 3. Anyone can just come and take it from. Your door because of the design! 4. The image quality is absolutely dreadful and for the price you would expect better... a lot better. So my advice..... keep your money in your pocket and buy a proper Ring one which i should have done to start with. Live and learn.

I like the used of intercom and the sensor motion alert. The dislike that I can not hard wire the unit and it drain the battery if you used your phone display all night with the unit on. The unit should make it better if it have a plug in play using better than using the battery.

Hard to attach without setting the alarm off, and doesn't really let you know all the time that someone is at the door immediately. Updated...took my rating from 2☆'s to ☆. This is the worst crap that I've ever had experience with, and that includes back before cameras were ever installed in 2006. It constantly needs to be put reconnected, and when it goes off whatever was there is gone. I guess you get what you paid for, and I should have purchased a RING.

I like this video doorbell. It was easy to install and it's easy to use. The picture quality is pretty good but it's not good enough that you would be able to see like a license plate from the street to our house or anything. The night vision is fairly good and the daytime is really clear and nice. The doorbell itself has a mount that it attaches to and that mount gets screwed onto the outside of your house. It's rechargeable and needs to be brought in to recharge periodically. It can be a little tough to pop it out of it's mount which is good in that someone can;t easily steal it but bad in that it's a bit of a struggle to bring it in and charge. It comes with an indoor chime that it's supposed to work with that just plugs in but it doesn't seem to recognize it. The chime makes noise when plugged in and you can cycle through different sounds but it rarely ever goes off when someone rings. You need to use the ToSee app to access the camera but I don't love the app. It makes my Samsung Galaxy S7 run very slow and even when you close it, the app is still running in the background. I also notice that I'm not getting calls and notifications when it senses movement as much anymore OR I get them hours later. I also noticed that the video that starts when motion is detected doesn't seem to start up fast enough. When packages get delivered all I see is the delivery person walking away already down the driveway. The camera is not recording their face or the package drop which means it's not as effective for security purposes and won't be able to really help if there is package theft. I do like that I don't have to use a cloud service or any sort of subscription to use this. It can all store on an SD card.

Udate 5/13/20.... It does not show anyone at the door. Sensor died (maybe due to rain) & only rings my phone when doorbell is pushed. Yet that too is delayed. Original post: Everything is great about this doorbell! The picture is clear & sees clear down my driveway. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I believe there's a delayed reaction.
