how long does it last

If you run an RC car hard it will last up to 20 min. I have experienced up to 1hr of continuous use and always keep a charged spare if I compete. They can take up to 2hrs to fully charge.

Will this work on a Traxxas E Maxx 1/10 brushed

Yes, these would work in an E-Maxx. You might want to consider a slightly higher capacity battery. The E-Maxx is a big, heavy truck with high power demands.

what's the difference in car performance compared with LiPo battery, besides Lipo will last longer?

Lipo batteries have a bigger punch for acceleration compared to a nickel metal battery. To move up with a bigger punch for a nickel metal battery you can choose to pick a higher voltage. As for lasting longer the mah number or milliamp hour is the number with determines the battery run time 5000 is longer than 3000 so more run time. You generally pay more for more milliamp whether you choose a nImh or a lIpo battery

can u use this batterie for any rc car

This batteries is onely for traxxas cars and truck .
