The media could not be loaded.  This is a dud used a couple of times and did not keep on for long periods of time. Not a month later batteries changed, but lights still not working. Pretty but it does not last.

When I bought these lights, I kept them in the package until I was ready to decorate with them. I set them up in various places in the house, did not use the timer option as it said the battery life would only last 6-8 days, which blew my mind as they should last much longer than that if they were new.Anyway without using the timer, they only lasted 3 days. They require 2 gigantic watch batteries a piece, and I wasn't going to spend more money on batteries if they only last a couple days.I do not recommend these at all!. What a piece of crap!

*** UPDATE ***All of the reviews are right... the battery life is much too short. I put them on every evening for about an hour, and they lasted about 1 week. I absolutely loved these lights, and I'm so disappointed. I've changed my review to one star. If they lasted longer, these would be absolutely perfect and I would happily give 5 stars.*** ORIGINAL REVIEW ***I've had fairy lights with AA batteries that I've used for years, but it was a pain to go around and shut each string of lights off manually. What sold me was the remote functionality. It's so much easier to turn the lights off all at once!I just received these a couple of days ago, and immediately put them on all my hanging plants on the porch. On a warm summer's night, they add a magical touch.I saw a lot of reviews about the batteries not lasting long or the lights stopped working, so I may have to update my review in a few months. But for right now they are perfect! In fact, I ordered 2 more sets.

The remote control option on these is really nice. I have a longer strand from a different company on my mantle and the same remote works for both. The battery life is incredibly short on the batteries it comes with. I’ve purchased two Duracell batteries for one of the strands that has already gone out and I’m going to see if those last any longer. As far as the color goes, it’s more of a yellow than a warm white. The one I have on my mantle from the other company is definitely a warm white and gives off a nice glow. These are kind of harsh next to it.

Very disappointed in this product. I have some I purchased last year that are still working. The first remote stopped working after 2 days. The lights worked fine for about as week. Tried turning them on one evening and got nothing. No response using the remote. No response using the individual switches. I'll have to completely dismantle my little tree to return them, but for the price vs the time they worked it will be worth the effort. Next time I buy I'll go back and see who I got the good ones from and reorder from them.

These lights are so so pretty! They are a soft warm yellow (not too orange!) light.The lights are very very tiny, which is what I wanted.They are assembled on wire, so it is easy to get them to stay where you want them to go by manipulating the wire here and there.LOVE that they all turn on and off with a remote.Each light set can be set to I think 6 different versions of "twinkling" and one steady "on".One setting is a combo of all of them in succession.One is a very gentle fade one and off, with everyother one.If you put 2 together, and set them on the most gentle settings, it is very calming and beautiful (not garish!)So far they have lasted many many hours on and continue to glow!!Very very happy with these! Came fast and they were under $15 for 6 strands!Will update if they die soon.

I love the lights... I don’t love the battery life. I’ve never use the timer function but I’m sure it’s fine I love the remote control and wish I could find the same thing, using AA or AAA batteries. That would be a longer lifespan
