Fit as Expected

Worked perfectly, this item fit perfectly into the grill I have and was quick and easy to install. I no longer have those annoying hot spots on the grill. Would recommend and buy again when they wear out. I couldn't be happier for the price to repair my grill.

This is my second time purchasing and installing these same grill burners. I’m a mom and if I can do it anyone can do it. These didn’t last as long as the original burners but it’s much cheaper than buying a new $700+ replacement grill at Costco. I’ve included a photo of the old burnt out burner from my last replacement and you can see the hole in it. The heat shield on the side I used the most was completely disintegrated and I probably should have replaced the internal parts a little sooner. Go ahead and buy these—you could replace the parts 20 times before getting a new grill.

I have an old Kirkland 3 burner BBQ. These items were easy to install and worked perfectly. Removing the wingnut to remove the old burners was a pain. I wound up cutting them off.

This was a drop in replacement for my Costco 720-0108 grill. Very easy to install. I also checked the flame adjustment on the burner and it was a nice blue. I did not make an adjustment. The heat deflectors fit, but we’re cut/ trimmed which stops the from fitting the tabs of the grill. I did not secure the burners to the back with the provided wing nuts. After 15 years of service 1 of the wing nuts would not spin off so I had to cut it with a mini hacksaw. Don’t want to do that again 15 years from now.

This is the proper replacement for the grill. The drip trays actually fit. The burners work well.

This did not fit my grill well. The cover plates for the burners are bent differently on the ends, allowing them to slide off. In addition, the burners themselves weigh about half what the originals do, even though those are burnt through in places. Originals lasted 13 years. I doubt these will do half that.

Our Kirkland Grill is now 20 years old. It was built to be indestructible, except for the heat shields and the burners. I have purchased this aftermarket heat shield and burner set multiple times in the past because it was the only suitable replacement that I could find. But all of the past orders had a flaw. The heat shields were problematic every single time. If you look at the picture it closely, it only has a few holes in the heat shield, and they were right above the flames (I have uploaded a picture of the previous orders one which matches the picture in the description). Therefore, it never really shielded the food from the flame. But because it was the only one that I could find that really fits, I settled for it. This time around I was in for a pleasant surprise. Although the pictures show the the style with a large holes that prevent the heat shield from doing its job, the one that I received this time was just like the OEM heat shield that came with the unit 20 years ago. Wow, what an improvement. I do believe they need to update their photo in the description showing the new heat shields are in the OEM style instead of the aftermarket style, which was not very effective. glad I got these. To summarize, the units I received were not like the ones in the description, but that’s a good think because there are just like the original ones that came with the grill. 5 stars.

The burners fit well and work fine in the bbq. The shield are too narrow to properly fit the pins, so any big movement and they often fall down. Built quality seems good though.
