Great little cutting tool
This was a gift for my brother, along with glue and a lovely book of moving paper toys, Paper Automata. We have used exact-o knives and blades for years, and the quality has remained top notch. Service was excellent, also. Thanks.

Came in on time, quality kinda cheap, handle made of plastic. I guess you get what you pay for.

It cuts well. Not the water source. 'Well' the adverb.
It's an X-Acto. It's sharp and cuts things.I wish it came with spare blades so I could be cutting more things.Nothing more to say, I must go cut things now.

Good quality/great price
I cannot figure out the plastic, locking lid. Face palm. The blade arrives with Saran Wrap around it. But the knife is good quality and I anticipate losing the plastic lid anyway.

Product works great, did exactly what I needed it to do

Not good quality
It just broke on the first use. My son used it to cut paper for art work. He was disappointed. Would not recommend

Don't Waste Your Money
Flimsy. It bends too easily and feels like it is going to break.

I really do love the versatility of a #11 blade
I really do love the versatility of a #11 blade. Anyway, it's sharp and you can cut stencils out with it. 10/10!

Great price
Very sharp, works great. Lid is cheap plastic but it does it's job and protects the blade. In summery, it's cheap but works awesome.

Not the greatest build but does not compromise the use
Not the greatest build but does not compromise the use. Great for light cuts such as styrofoam but just ok for cardboard.

It is the real one with a good blade on it
It is the real one with a good blade on it. I always bought this kind of knife in a dollar shop. Good for six months or less. But with the real one you can see the difference, the grip is perfect and the head don't lose the blade.

It is fairly cheap feeling, should have gone with the metal one, the cap is weird, it has a locking collar that does not seem to lock, it kind of flops around.

Very bad.
Okay, I LOVE xacto knives. I use them literally on a daily basis. I love them. This one is crap. Buy one of these ones instead X-Acto Curve Knife with Cap, Red (X3034) . They don't have them on amazon but they also come in purple and orange in Walmart. This item is absolutely horrible. The sheath, you won't believe this, wiggles after you put it on. It doesn't feel secure. On an xacto knife. Yeah, no. The mechanism for securing the blade is inconsistent. I unscrewed it to loosen the blade and now it won't screw tight anymore. Spend a few extra bucks and get the better version. These things last forever so do yourself a favor especially if you have kids or pets and get one with a secure lid like the one I linked. Honestly, if this wasn't 3 bucks I would return it. It's not worth the effort.Edit: Okay I looked into it, the brand you want to purchase is Fiskars. Fiskars 12-67007097 Softgrip Craft Knife . The lid is secure and the blade securing mechanism is much more sturdy. They work perfectly with Xacto blades. Unfortunately the one I linked doesn't ship with prime but they sell them in pretty much every store (Walmart, Michaels, etc).
