**Q: what are the actual colors?**
A: The pictures show the top part of the valance as Black which is true.  The picture is true colors are black,brown,tan,white.

**Q: So the top tier is 36" long and the bottom is 36" long correct? So if my window is 53" high and 46" wide one set should fit fine right?**
A: I would get two valances and four tiers, if you're window is 53" h then you probably want to purchase the 24 " tiers

**Q: how or where do i find the floor mat to match this curtain set that's featured in the picture**
A: Thank you for your inquiry, we would only have the window treatments available. Unfortunately we do not know where to find the floor mat.

**Q: Is the top with the hang down all one piece?**
A: Yes it is. There is only two curtain rods. 
One for the top valance with the side hang downs
and one for the lower curtain.
