Terrific springform pan! 🤩
I love this pan! I got the 11" pan. Now unfortunately it's advertised and sold as the 12" pan. I purchased the 12" pan, but was sent the 11" pan. I've seen on other reviews where this same thing happens to other people. Maybe there is no 12" pan? I wish the seller was honest with this aspect of the sale.I decided to keep the 11" pan I was sent, and not bother with the return. The pan works great! First cheesecake I made with it was the Andy's Mint cheesecake. Came out soft and creamy and totally delicious! No cracks in the top and no water bath was used.You need to be aware that the base of the pan sticks out at least an inch or so all the way around. It's wider than the pan itself and measures just slightly proud of 13". So for purposes of submerging in water you would need a fairly large roasting pan or what have you. However, if you use the process of cooking at lower temperatures for a longer time, and then let it cool in the oven, etc., you can skip the water bath and still end up with a dreamy texture and no cracks.I follow recipes that call for a 9" pan, but make it in this 12" (which is actually an 11" LOL) pan. I love this so much! It allows the cake to cook beautifully. Instead of it rising over the 9" pan and bulging out over the top, because this pan is larger, it cooks completly within the pan.The metal is durable and the design is great! I am very happy with this pan!

Buy this one, you won't be dissapointed, I can't say enough about this pan.
,I have been a professional baker for almost 30 years, owned my own bakery and a couple of restaurants, this is by far the best cheesecake pan I have ever used, it heats evenly, and provides a beautiful product. wish I had these years ago, been using for a couple of years now, in my restaurant, I make all my own desserts and rolls, Kaisers and French bread, I have never had any issues with this pan, it is tough, gets thrown around by the dishwashers and still holds there shape, they haven't even been able to break a latch on one of these.

There is no 12x3inch For pan. They would just send the 11x3 and charge more.
I really like the Fat Daddio's springform pans, but after I was sent the 11-inch in place of a 12-inch I looked at their website, and a 12x3-inch springform pan does not seem to exist at this time, if ever. So don't bother with the 12-inch it is not true.

You will regret this purchase
I see other reviews are old - for good reason! I actually rate these at zero, but that wasn't an option. I have purchased several well made sturdy Fat Daddios cake pans in the past that I am very happy with, but please believe me when I warn you not to purchase their current spring form products! The material is very poor; the tops do not seal to the bottom properly as there are gaps where it should be tight; mine came with many dings; and they didn't line up properly at the clasp. I bought the 9X3 square, the 9 inch round, and the 9X13 rectangle spring form pans and had to return all three. That's how inferior these pans were. I don't know if my original well made and sturdy pans were made in China, but these were - could that be the problem?

Great sturdy springform pan
Love Fat Daddio’s products…however I ordered the 12 inch one and was delivered the 11 inch. I will keep the pan but really wanted the 12 inch one.

Excellent product
This was another request from someone on my Christmas list. My mom, the resident cheesecake baker needed a bigger pan for her cheesecake creations. This is one big pan! In fact, at 12", she needs a bigger cake plate! It's very well made (I was tempted to get one for myself until I realized I'D have to become the resident cheesecake baker. I'll pass. If you are looking for a large, durable spring form pan, this one won't disappoint. It's easy to clean and just has a good "feel". I give it a 5 star.

Best for cheesecake!
These Fat Daddio pans have become my absolute favorite for baking cheesecake. I probably have 10 other brands in my cupboard, but none have the height, seal, and reliability of these. I recently bought 3 sizes to make a cheesecake wedding cake for a dear friend, and they turned out perfectly!

Fat Daddio pans are great, however, I purchased a 12 inch pan but was delivered a 11 inch pan.
