Pyrex Kitchen Shears

I use these shears for cutting thin crust pizza, trimming fat off of boneless chicken, cutting through salmon skin, cutting herbs, opening food bags, and numerous other kitchen tasks. They are not great for cutting through bones and you need to make sure that you're cutting with the blade (as opposed to having the scissors too wide open, and using the unsharpened surface). I've been able to cut through small bones (fish bones), tendons, and tough fat, but my main purposes are softer foods. They are handy and do their job well. They're easy to clean by hand since they come apart. (Putting them in the dishwasher will dull the blade.) I'd definitely buy them again for my purposes!

Very sharp and it can be opened up to two pieces easily for cleaning purposes. Cutting for vegetables, plastics etc but not for chicken parts or fins of fishes. It serves its purpose and I will be getting another shear just for chicken parts/fins of fishes.
