I registered my shocks warranty with TRQ and they quickly responded (not even an auto response). They indicated they would take care of the issue. Review: In my experience with this product, it suck. - I bought a set of rear shock up service for 2016 Toyota Highlander, limited edition, and 3 months after it was installed. One of them failed, and it's not working. Anymore, I have been trying to reach out to them to get a refund or replacement. And I've been hitting a dead end every time that I Philip. D warranty form, they have online. It gets rejected and there is no phone numbers that I can call these guys to speak. With a live person and explain my situation, there might be a good company. And this might be a one-off, but the customer service so far, it's really bad. So hopefully, if you buy something from here, it doesn't go bad on you because you won't be able to get I wanted. ## Features - Kit Includes: 1 Rear Driver Side Shock Absorber; 1 Rear Passenger Side Shock Absorber - Reference Numbers: 20956372; 20956378; 25748580; 25751138; 25856174; 37085; 84020666; 1214-0160; 1924483; 251210; 2701-248173; 342523; 342524; 344273; 344483; 78-37085; 7837085; G61896; G63638; G63896; KYB344483; S344483 - YOUR TRUSTED DIY VIDEO SOURCE: TRQ offers the largest catalog of DIY videos for replacement parts, making installation easier and repairs more accessible.
