I've purchased a bunch of these rubber bracelets from Amazon (different themes from different vendors). They all seem identical (most likely comes from the same factory). There is a rubber/chemical-like smell that doesn't go away even with washing with soap. It takes at least a week or two for the odor to dissipate but not completely. Otherwise, great slap bracelets for kids.

Ok these are seriously cool!! I grew up with slap bracelets, but man have they come far lol. These are a really nice, thick rubber. I can’t see them breaking for a very long time, if ever, and my 5 year old snaps it ALL DAY for several days now! We brought them in for his classmates on his birthday and he was an instant hero. Only thing is after about an hour wearing it he says it feels “squeeze.” They do grab nice and tightly, I wore one on my arm for a bit and you do start to feel it after a while. But it doesn’t leave any marks on the skin. The kids were all a little afraid to snap them on at first bc being rubber, you have to slap a little harder than the old paper ones!Also I noticed NO horrid smell like other reviewers have, and I have an extremely sensitive post-pregnancy nose. This product looked and functioned as pictured, but was rendered unusable for their intended purpose (kids party favor) due to the extremely offensive smell of the bracelets. My son complained about the odor as soon as we took the black drawstring bag the bracelets were packaged in out of the box. We returned. Would not purchase again.

Bought these for gifts for a childrens carnival. They were a hit with girls and boys! They came in a nice velvet-ish bag. They were a higher quality rubber on the outside. They didn’t hurt to put on (more than you’d expect for a slap bracelet). My daughters each won one and they’ve lasted through a lot of use. Really great quality and value.

Used for party favors, everyone loved them. The only "complaint" would be they smelled a little rancid at first. I took them out of the bag and let them air out before putting in party favor bags which helped! I don't know if it is the product or them sitting in a hot warehouse making them smell, but smell went away and the kids loved them!

These were great quality. However, they smelled awful, so you need to buy them a month in advance, take them out of the bags and let them air out. The smell is the only reason it is 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5.

Great quality and they were all nice. Had a great combinations of super hero’s for boy or girl. Definitely doesn’t look or feel cheap. We used them as party favors for my 3 year old and it was a hit.

We bought these to giveaway at a trade show. These are cute slap bracelets for kids. Seem pretty durable. i would consider purchasing again for a child's birthday party or some other kid-focused event.
