Delicious, light, and crispy.
These are delicious, light, and flavorful. Very crispy and I will be ordering again. This is a great chip and it doesn’t have all the artificial ingredients in it. So good.

Better than potato chips, non-inflammatory, gluten-free
I've always loved cassava chips and these are just right - salted appropriately, cooked appropriately, big pieces, crunchy and delicious. Cassava (yuca) is a tuber and not a nightshade like potatoes so it's not pro-inflammatory. They're also made with palm oil and not inflammatory oils like canola or sunflower or vegetable oil. Cassava is more starchy and harder in texture than potatoes and is higher carb. These are naturally gluten free, vegan, without additives, and AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) compliant. And so so delicious.

Great alternative and on their own!
These are a delicious alternative to regular chips. Especially if you are on AIP diet. They are very crunchy. The chips vary in size, some are longer than others. Just the right amount of salt. If anything could be a tad saltier. They arrived fresh. These sell for about $4 at my local grocery store but the store had ran out so ordered on Amazon. I am on the AIP diet and trying to stay away from grains and these chips are a treat. The only Tiny complaint I have is the bag. It seems to easily tear, and usually down the side. Making it difficult to fully seal. I suspect if I used scissors to cut across the top of the bag it might help. But who does that? LOL

Tastey..
These are great and light. Sometimes the batch is saltier than another. But it's an artisanal brand so I just eat less at a time in those cases. I'd love a flavor that works with my allergies. The others have sugar or yeast flavoring.

Similar to Baked Lays! Soy-free, Corn-free
If you can't have soy or corn, these are the best "potato" chips I have tried. They remind me a lot of Baked Lays I used to love. Nice crunch, good flavor, not covered in grease. Thin. Approved by my spouse who has no food sensitivities (though there would obviously be cheaper options). If you're looking for a food sensitivity friendly tortilla-style chip, try ones by Siete. They are also cassava based. I guess cassava belongs in chips.
