I need a 12 inch super hard diamond or granite high heat oven ready and it must work on an induction cooktop! yes or no?

The instructions said to wash the pan and put a thin layer of oil on it when you first get it. Should I do this after using it and washing it also?

I don't. I would think you would only need to do it again if things started sticking, kind of like seasoning a cast iron pan. I have had mine for about a year and have never had to use oil again and I wash mine in the dishwasher quite often. I LIVE these pans!

Why did i not get both pans when i ordered them? only the 11" pan showed up and the order shows as fulfilled. so how do i get my other 5.5" pan?

Are the pans pfos and ptfe free?

Don't know but wouldn't buy tried to fry eggs in it and they stuck bad sure don't slide all over the pan like they show .
