this is a lovely lighter with a nice feel to it.holds a good charge and gives a good arc.the only downside is you cand put it upright on a flat surface...there's a slight curve to the bottom of it.

So after searching and wasting alot of money on other usb lighters I can across this one and I'm so glad I took a punt on it as it was a gift for my mom she's had hers since Xmas in constant use it last a long time on a full charge and she smokes roll up so you no how many times its in use with just one roll up its never failed her all this time. Lovely waight fantastic quality feels lovely in the hand very well made first class compared to many others that I've bought and thrown in the bin. I loved my moms so much I bought myself one and now my husband wants the same. fast delivery very well packaged I didn't need to contact the seller as haven't had any problems. I always do an honest review good or bad. I can highly recommend to anyone wanting a good lighter that looks very expensive and actually works a treat.

This is so cool.It is beautifully made, looks well engineered and stylish in appearance. It is quite heavy and fits comfortably in the hand. The cover flips open easily with the thumb which you then use to press the button and ignite the plasma. Very ergonomic and simple to use.The little cross beamed plasma spark is straight out of science fiction and gives off a purplish glow. It is like a miniature version of the spark zappers you may have seen in Frankensteins' laboratory.I bought this for myself because it doesn't need fuel, will probably last 5-10 years and works out a lot cheaper than buying disposable lighters. Which means it is also better for the environment. It occurred to me though that it is so well packed and presented it would also make a great birthday present.A little row of LEDs tell you how much charge it has and when it looks like its running out you can recharge using your phone charger. It takes 1-2 hours to recharge and that lasts for days. It comes with a USB charging cable which you probably wont use if you have a phone. There is also a little brush you can use to clean the electrodes should they ever need it.It is fine for cigarettes, lighting the gas, candles, fireworks etc I am not sure if it it would work for big fat cigars though. I've tested it on windy and rainy days and the weather has no effect on it at all.

I love the size and finish of this lighter, give it a charge and brush the contacts and it works great for lighting roll-ups. It lasted just short of a year, it has now gone dead for no obvious reason. Whilst it worked it was great, I recommend it but is a year long enough? maybe it is reasonable to replace your lighter once a year and it was only about £13 when I bought it but I had hoped for sustainability reasons it would have lasted longer but everyone can make their own minds up.

Bought as a gift for my husband. He is very pleased with it, its pocket size, lightweight and great functionality for our British weather conditions.Definitely value for money.
