It’s intumescent sealer..
Been using this instead of intumescent expanding foam…Easy to use…Less mess.Seems to stay fresh in the tube between jobs, saving me money!Quality seems good.

Fireproof mastic
This arrived very quickly and it fills gaps very well. Thankfully, it hasn't yet proved whether it is indeed fireproof and I'm hoping it never has to!!!!
